S vyúčtováním tepla a vody Vaší společností INMES v 80 bytech našeho SVJ za roky 2016, 2017 a 2018 jsme od té doby velmi spokojeni, s minulostí (kdy odečty v jednotlivých bytech prováděli brigádníci) se to vůbec nedá srovnat. Vyúčtování probíhá spolehlivě a rychle, Vaši pracovníci jsou ochotní, drobné nejasnosti se řeší bez problémů a vyúčtování je oproti minulosti i levnější. Děkujeme! Společnost se k jakémukoli řešení postavila naprosto odmítavě, prý za to nemohou, konec diskuze. Popřeli také to, že jejich zaměstnanci můj záchod používali, přestože zde byli stopy a zápach... Jsme již "starší dorostenci" (78 a 77 let) a před 3 roky jsme si nechali zrekonstruovat náš byt 1+1 a proto jsme měli veliké obavy z ohlášené akce. Ale to, co jsme včera prožili se téměř rovnalo zázraku. Nastoupili ŘEMESLNÍCI. S hrůzou jsme čekali co nás potká a on to byl téměř zázrak. Každý, kdo do bytu přišel, po skončení práce po sobě uklidil. Měli jsme nábytek zakrytý folií, po podlaze kartony, abychom ochránili podlahovou krytinu. Nakonec jsme zjistili, že folie byla zbytečná a manželka marně hledala po nábytku prach. Ale hlavně jsme byli v šoku ze skutečnosti, že 11 bytů + technické podlaží stihli za směnu a NIKDE žádný nepořádek a VZORNĚ odvedená práce. A co ti řemeslníci se po domě naběhali, a nikdy jsme se nesetkali s nějakým negativním přístupem. A to je většina obyvatel v důchodovém věku, tak také několikrát odpovídali na stejnou otázku. Takže závěrem: Moc a moc díků za odvedenou práci a VYNIKAJÍCÍ pracovníky, kteří dělají vzornou prací vynikající reklamu svému podniku. Měřič nadhodnocoval údaje, takže děda platil skoro dvakrát tolik, než skutečně protopil. Opakovaně jsem na to upozorňoval, pán na telefonu se stále vytáčel. Měřidla vyměněna, problém stejný. Navíc při návštěvě technika zmizelo z nočního stolku 1000 Kč. Neviděli jsme ho u toho, ale před návštěvou technika tam peníze byly, po návštěvě už ne. Nakonec jsem objednal měřidla od konkurenční firmy a hned děda začal platit o polovinu méně. Takže tyhle už vážně ne a fakt NEDOPORUČUJI, jednou stačilo!!! Gauges replaced, problem same. In addition, when visiting a technician, CZK 1,000 disappeared from the bedside table. We didn't see him there, but there was money before the technician's visit, not after the visit. Eventually, I ordered gauges from a competing company, and my grandfather immediately started paying half less. So these really aren't, and I really DO NOT RECOMMEND them, once was enough !!!

Na kritiku pan umělec mechanik Roman Drahoňovský reagoval slovy: "To je snad v půlce vašeho baráku, vy jste ty radiátory snad měli natřený nebo co". Nakonec mi doporučil, ať si vezmu barvu, kterou jsem to natírala dřív a dotřu si ty odřeniny. A jestli se mi to nelíbí, mám zavolat řediteli. Na to konto zavěsil. Pan ředitel nebere telefon.
