P	Petra Kroupová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji Hanák Liberec. Jedna velká katastrofa. Na první pohled ochota a profesionalita ze strany paní Hastrdlové. Po první chybě firmy smršť výmluv a hrubého jednání, jednatele firmy pana Hastrdla. Včetně osočování mého příjmení Salvett a Kroupová. Kuchyňská linka byla, dle smlouvy, CELÁ uhrazena ještě před samotnou montáží (ostatní pohledávky vůči firmě, nám nejsou známy). Kuchyňská linka včetně spotřebičů byla 300 tisíc. Firma nedodržela smlouvu, neboť nedodržela termín montáže, který si sama stanovila. Špatně navrtaná dvířka (ano byla vyměněna po měsíci dohadování se s jednatelem), chybějící komponenty kuchyně, nesedící dvířka, špatné lakování atd. Obrátila jsem se několikrát na ČOI, která shledala nedostatky (viz. nedodržení termínu ve smlouvě) bohužel ČOI neslouží jako institut pro vymáhání pohledávek. Kontrola linky pod lupou, nás též překvapila, špatně navrtaná dvířka jsou vidět pouhým okem. V případě zájmu mohu poslat i více fotografií. Doporučuji obrátit se na šikovného truhláře, který určitě jistě takovou finanční sumu uvítá a nedovolí si odvést takovou práci. A nebo se obrátit na Hanáka v jiném městě. Poorly drilled door (yes, it was replaced after a month of arguing with the agent), missing kitchen components, unsatisfactory door, bad painting, etc. I turned to the CTIA several times, which found shortcomings (see non-compliance with the deadline in the contract). debt collection. Checking the line under a magnifying glass also surprised us, the poorly drilled door is visible to the naked eye. If interested, I can send more photos. I recommend contacting a skilled carpenter who will certainly welcome such a financial amount and will not allow himself to do such work. Or turn to Hanák in another city.
