Opravdu spokojenost zákazníka je dle mě u nich na 1. místě. Pěkné prostory. Everything from electronics in one place. And that service !! I have always had first-class quality from them. Excellent service. They will also help you install the technology. In my opinion, customer satisfaction is really in the first place. Nice spaces.

Potřeboval jsem urgentně provést drobnou opravu a byl jsem telefonicky ujištěn, že se dá provést do dvou pracovních dní a že s tím nebude problém. Na místě se posléze ukázalo, že si mám provést opravu sám?! Platím snad za to, že opravu provede technik. Naštěstí se nejedná o jediný servis na Vsetíně, v jiném servisu byli schopni mi doopravdy pomoci, úplně jiný přístup. Inpraisu se budu vyhýbat širokým obloukem!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the Inpraise services. Different arrangement over the phone, completely different situation on the spot. I needed a minor repair urgently and I was reassured by phone that it could be done within two business days and that there would be no problem. On the spot it turned out that I had to repair myself ?! Perhaps I pay that the repair is done by a technician. Fortunately, this is not the only service in Vsetin, in another service they were able to really help me, a completely different approach. I will avoid Inpraisu wide arc !!

Telefonicky mi následně bylo sděleno, že má notebook ulomené šroubky v pantu a musí se s tím vyměnit celý horní kryt, na který budou čekat cca tři týdny, plus čištění větráku a cena včetně servisu bude stát okolo 4000,-. Já, jelikož tomu nerozumím, souhlasila. V tom by ani problém nebyl. Čekala jsem téměř dva měsíce, než byl notebook hotový. Nyní se závada projevila znovu a tak jsem navštívila servis, tentokrát jiný. Tam mi s hrůzou oznámili, kdo takovou příšernou práci dělal a ještě si za to vzal tolik peněz? Provrtaná šase, kterou zakryli svou nálepkou, ulomené všechny panty klávesnice, kterou následně nalepili oboustrannou lepící páskou! A díl, který měli opravit, vůbec opravený nebyl, byl přilepený lepidlem! Větrák byl sice vyčištěný, ale má špatné ložiska, díky kterým chrastí. Pokud by to bylo možné, dám i -5, protože takovou práci a ještě za takové peníze, si snad žádný slušný servis nemůže dovolit. I do not recommend! I was then told by phone that the laptop had broken screws in the hinge and the entire top cover had to be replaced, which they would wait for about three weeks, plus the fan cleaning and the price including service would cost around 4000, -. I, as I did not understand, agreed. That wouldn't be a problem either. I waited almost two months for the laptop to be finished. Now the defect manifested itself again, so I visited the service, this time different. There they told me in horror, who was doing such a terrible job and still took so much money for it? The drilled chassis, which they covered with their sticker, broke all the hinges of the keyboard, which they then glued with double-sided adhesive tape! And the part they had to repair was not repaired at all, it was glued! The fan has been cleaned, but it has bad bearings that make it rattle. If it were possible, I would give -5 , because such a job and even for such money, perhaps no decent service can afford.
