★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán byl u mě asi 15min. Potřebovala jsem jednu spojku na hadici, abych mohla dopustit vodu do topení. Těch 15 min. Co u mě strávil hledal ve svém kufříku tu spojku. Vzal si 800kč, 500kč za práci a 300kč za cestu se slovy nikdo by to levněji neudělal...daňový doklad nevypsal!
The Lord was with me for about 15 minutes. I needed one hose coupling to allow water to enter the heater. Those 15 min. What he spent with me, he was looking for the clutch in his briefcase. He took 800 CZK, 500 CZK for work and 300 CZK for a trip with words, no one would do it cheaper ... he did not write a tax document!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Veiser mě dnes opravdu zachránil! Podařilo se mi vytopit koupelnu a nebyla jsem schopná odpojit pračku. Zavolala jsem, komunikace byla bez problémů, hned jsme se domluvili a pak přijel přesně na čas, vše provedl kvalitně a rychle, takže za mě obrovská spokojenost a díky.
Mr. Veiser really saved me today! I managed to heat the bathroom and was unable to unplug the washing machine. I called, the communication was without problems, we agreed immediately and then he arrived on time, he did everything well and quickly, so for me a huge satisfaction and thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán řekl, ze přijde v 9, přišel 11:30. To by ani zase tolik nevadilo, ale po prohlídce mého nefunkčního bojleru řekl, ze závada je v elektrice, tudíž to není práce pro něho, ale pro elektrikáře, ať mu dám 300kc, ze mi nema jak pomoct. Elektrikář přijel, všechno proměřil a zjistil, ze mám špatný termostat v bojleru, ze tohle dělá instalatér. Poradil mi teda aspoň jak to mám vyměnit, to jsem udělal a mám teplou vodu. Tenhle “odborník” mě stál 300kc a další týden bez teple vody. NEDOPORUČUJI!
The Lord said he would come at 9, he arrived at 11:30. That wouldn't matter so much, but after inspecting my non-functional boiler, he said that the fault was in electricity, so it's not a job for him, but for an electrician to give him 300kc, he has no way to help me. The electrician arrived, measured everything and found out that I had a bad thermostat in the boiler, that this is what a plumber makes. So at least he advised me how to change it, I did it and I have hot water. This "expert" cost me 300kc and another week without hot water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
