Ucpanou odpadní trubku, která způsobovala ucpané záchody (při kapacitě cca 400 lidí), zvládl zprovoznit během necelé půl hodiny. Oba palce nahoru. Mr. Sergei saved us a theater festival. He managed to put the clogged waste pipe, which caused clogged toilets (with a capacity of about 400 people), into operation in less than half an hour. Both thumbs up.

Bylo mi slibeno, ze bude objednana nahradni soucastka a ze dalsi tyden nekdo dorazi a opravi. Po 14 dnech prosbach a urgencich z me strany a nedodrzovani terminu a vymluv z druhe strany sice konecne dorazil technik, ale bez soucastky. Musel jsem celou "spolupraci" ukoncit a smirit se s tim, ze penize zpet uz neuvidim a opravu budu muset objednat jinde. Konkurence opravila zavadu za 15 minut bez nutnosti dokupovat soucastku. EDIT: Jednatel spolecnosti zaridil rychle vraceni penez a omluvu. I paid 2600 for the repair of the non-flushing toilet, after the first repair the toilet started to flow, after the second repair the toilet stopped flushing again. I was promised that a spare part would be ordered and that someone would arrive and repair it next week. After 14 days of requests and urgencies on my part and non-compliance with the deadline and excuses from the other party, the technician finally arrived, but without a part. I had to end the whole "cooperation" and come to terms with the fact that I will not see the money back and I will have to order the repair elsewhere. The competition fixed the defect in 15 minutes without having to buy a part. EDIT: The company's executive arranged a quick refund and an apology.
E	Emma York on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výměna vodovodní baterie 2100kč!!! Dnes jsem telefonicky kontaktovala tuto firmu s tím, že potřebuji pomoc vyměnit vodovodní baterii v koupelně. Novou baterii mám již zakoupenou, a proto by se jednalo pouze o výměnu. Pozor! Nejednalo se o žádnou expresní objednávku ani víkend! Bylo mi sděleno, že cena výměny (pokud mám již svou novou baterii) 1500kč + 600kč za výjezd instalatéra. Chápu, že ceny šly nahoru a instalatéři nejsou, ale i tak se mi to zdá jako přestřelená cena. Water tap replacement 2100 CZK !!! Today I contacted this company by phone and said that I needed help replacing the faucet in the bathroom. I have already purchased a new battery, so it would only be a replacement. Attention! It was not an express order or a weekend! I was told that the replacement price (if I already have my new battery) is CZK 1,500 + CZK 600 for a plumber's trip. I understand that prices have gone up and plumbers aren't, but it still seems like a overshot price.
A	Anastasia Breh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ objednala jsem opravu bojleru, bohuzel nedal se opravit kvuli tomu ze byl pres 12 let stary. panove mi nabidli vymenu s tim, ze o vse postaraji sami. prijeli jiz nasledujici den, demotovali nefunkcni bojler, misto neho dali novy. stary odvezli a uz ten den vse fungovalo a mela jsem teplou vodu. jednani bez problemu a vse zaridili velmi rychle. se sluzbami jsem zustala spokojena:) I ordered a boiler repair, unfortunately it could not be repaired because he was over 12 years old. the gentlemen offered me an exchange with the proviso that they would take care of everything themselves. they arrived the next day, they dismantled the non-functional boiler, they replaced it with a new one. the old people were taken away and everything was working that day and I had hot water. negotiations without a problem and arranged everything very quickly. I stayed satisfied with the services :)

The serviceman came, and said that the repair will cost 5000czk-10000czk, on top of the 2600czk they charge just to show up. After an hour he said it’s impossible to fix it, and that we need to buy a motherboard, or the whole new unit. Probably another 50000-60000czk. Fortunately, I didn’t, as they didn’t have the part at the storage. Got a viessman technician coming over, he restarted the system, and everything worked. Charged just for showing up. Those S.O.S companies manage to keep up their poor reputation. Stay away.
