★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protékající záchod po zásahu pana instalatéra,kterému jsme zaplatili 1200 Kc, za pár hodin opět protékal. Snaha to s ním řešit byla neúspěšná. Potvrzení o zaplacení sepsal až na naši žádost na kus papíru.
The flowing toilet flowed again in a few hours after the intervention of the plumber, to whom we paid 1,200 CZK. An attempt to solve it with him was unsuccessful. He wrote the confirmation of payment only at our request on a piece of paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a water valve which needed to be replaced. This guy made an appointment, and then arrived five hours late. When he started working, he accidentally cut through a power wire. We called an electrician to mend the live wire, at which point he still charged us the full amount, in addition to us having to pay the electrician.
Afterwards, he never sent a faktura, and when my wife called to follow-up, he told her it was our fault, and that he hopes she dies of cancer. This guy is a bad person.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This guy is criminal.
