Co bylo domluveno,dodržel.Dokonce jsme byli kontaktováni den předem, zda domluvený termín platí.Také bych chtěla vyzdvihnout telefonickou a e-mailovou komunikaci, která probíhala bez problémů. Od pana Říhy jsme potřebovali navrhnout řešení problému s pojistným ventilem, který jsme každý rok měnili.S návrhem a realizací jsme prozatím spokojeni. Určitě doporučuji! Pán je do telefonu velmi ochotný, při zásahu dochvilný, na místo dorazil na minutu přesně, ale od toho okamžiku se jeho profesionalita vytrácí. K vybavení se chová velmi hrubě, při opravě úniku vody nám poničil dřevěné části kuchyně, problém, kvůli kterému jsme pána volali, se po jeho odchodu jevil jako vyřešený. Jak vypadalo místo opravy 12 hodin po jeho zásahu je vidět na přiložené fotografii. Na následně pokusy o reklamaci nereaguje, dovolat se kromě prvního případu, kdy jsem ho informoval o přetrvávajícím úniku vody, na což slíbil do 45 minut stanovit termín opravy, podařilo až po 3 dnech z jiného telefonního čísla... To už jsem měl opraveno od jiného, tentokrát PANA instalatéra, který si s problémem poradil na výbornou. Reakce pana Říhy, že jsem měl vyčkat v reklamační lhůtě 30 dní na to, až si na mě najde čas, byla absolutně zcestná, nejen proto, že z důvodu úniku vody jsme měli v bytě vypnutou vodu... He behaves very rudely to the equipment, during the repair of the water leak he damaged the wooden parts of the kitchen, the problem for which we called the master, after his departure, seemed to be solved. What the place of the repair looked like 12 hours after his intervention can be seen in the attached photo. He does not react to subsequent attempts at complaints, except to call the first case, when I informed him about a persistent water leak, which he promised to set a repair date within 45 minutes, he managed 3 days after another phone number ... I had already corrected it since another, this time PANA plumber, who handled the problem very well. Mr. Říha's reaction that I should have waited 30 days for a complaint before he found time for me was absolutely misguided, not only because we had our water turned off in the apartment due to a water leak ...
M	Monika Vosáhlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Říha je skvělý. Domluvili jsme se naprosto bez problémů, přijel včas (shodou okolností ještě ten den) a opravu provedl nad rámec mých očekávání. I přes mou komunikaci stylem "ženská, co tomu nerozumí" z fotek vybral vhodný produkt na výměnu a nemusela jsem se o nic starat. Rovnou na místě vyřešil i další dílčí problémy v mé domácnosti. Navíc je to sympaťák. Příště ho volám znovu. :) Mr. Říha is great. We agreed without any problems, he arrived on time (coincidentally that day) and made the correction beyond my expectations. Despite my "woman who doesn't understand" style communication, he chose a suitable product to exchange from the photos and I didn't have to worry about anything. He solved other partial problems in my household on the spot. Plus, he's a nice guy. I'll call him again next time. :)

Přijel, přivezl baterii, vyměnil, zkontroloval, že nikde nic neteče, starou baterii zlikvidoval. Během hodinky hotovo. Stačil i zkonzultovat baterii do nové kuchyně. Perfect service. Just send a photo and the dimensions of the battery. Mr. Říha called, we agreed what we expect from the new battery and we agreed on a date. He arrived, brought the battery, replaced it, checked that nothing was flowing anywhere, disposed of the old battery. Done during the watch. He even consulted the faucet in the new kitchen.
