Ze tří oslovených realitních kanceláří byla tato jediná, která dokázala tak složitý prodej zrealizovat. Prodávali jsme naše dva byty, z toho jeden byl ještě zatížený hypotékou a druhý byl pronajatý. Zároveň jsme od této realitní kanceláře kupovali starší rodinný dům, který měla v nabídce. Složitost celé transakce spočívala v tom, že napřed muselo dojít k prodeji našich bytů a ukončení hypotéky u jednoho z nich a teprve potom mohlo dojít k dokončení nákupu rodinného domu, na který jsme složili zálohu. Celá operace byla časově náročná i z důvodu probíhajících vkladů do katastru. Veškerá jednání s katastrálním úřadem a následné přepsání dodávek energií po prodeji bytů a nákupu domu provedla realitní kancelář. Veliké díky patří panu makléři Mgr. Martinu Seidlovi, bez jehož nadstandardního a profesionálnímu přístupu by se nepodařilo takto složitý obchod zrealizovat. Pan makléř byl velmi milý a ochotný a vlastně už první setkání s ním nás přesvědčilo k tomu, abychom se pro realitní kancelář Instinkt rozhodli. Realitní kancelář mohu z vlastní zkušenosti doporučit. At the same time, we bought an older family house from this real estate agency, which it had on offer. The complexity of the whole transaction lay in the fact that our apartments had to be sold first and the mortgage for one of them terminated, and only then could the purchase of the family house for which we paid a deposit be completed. The whole operation was time consuming due to ongoing deposits in the cadastre. All negotiations with the cadastral office and the subsequent rewriting of energy supplies after the sale of apartments and the purchase of a house were carried out by a real estate agency. Many thanks to the broker Mgr. Martin Seidl, without whose above-standard and professional approach he would not have been able to carry out such a complex business. The broker was very nice and helpful, and in fact the first meeting with him convinced us to choose the real estate agency Instinkt. I can recommend a real estate agency from my own experience.

V jednom z nich došlo v pátek odpoledne k havárii kanalizace a vytopení bytu v nižším podlaží. Pan Martin Seidl a jeho spolupracovníci i přes probíhající víkend moderovali vzájemnou (vzrušenou) komunikaci mezi nájemníkem a postiženým a zajistili operativní zásah i následnou opravu. S prací kanceláře jsem maximálně spokojen. I use the offices provided by the extended RENTA MAX service in renting two apartments in a place 140 km away.
