Velmi krásné prostory, milý a profesionální personál. Jen občas mám pocit, že při kosmetice nebyla pleť vyčistěna na 100%.
 A pleasant pampering that each of us should indulge in.
Very beautiful premises, nice and professional staff. Only occasionally do I feel that the skin has not been 100% cleansed during cosmetics.

Ráda si tu i dokoupím produkty Sothys.
I have used this great salon several times. I come here for a facial treatment. The environment is beautiful and clean. Approach sensitive and highly professional with respect for the client. Beautician Monika amazing.
I would also like to buy Sothys products here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE!!high prices, poor quality!!!Before an important date I got a very expensive pedicure that lasted less than 10 minutes because it was so miserably done!they make you pay full price for service they don't deliver fully nor according to standards! I had a massage, a manicure and a pedicure and were all ended way before than the due time!and still i paid full price!NEVER AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality for the high price indeed. I had a face treatment. Compared to different salon, it was miserably done, focus on customer was miserable too. If you like to wear jeans and T-shirt do not even go there, they will treat you like a piece of sh.. the cure lasted less than it should and my work on my eyebrows was barely visible. My face did not notice much change after the treatment. They pretend to be a luxurious salon but the interier is old with spots on the wall and the towels can remember quite a time, one of them was smelling as a dust rug. The lady that took care of me, Pavlina Seidlerova, spent 15 minutes talking to different probably "more important" customer and let me waiting, because that customer was buying expensive cosmetics. I tell you I intended to buy some too, but did not as I was treated disrespectfully. Never again.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and all the staff are delightful.My favourite treatment is an antiaging facial and combined eye treatment. It is simply glorious. Prague has really grown up and Paris should watch out ! It is very popular so you need to book.
