Jsou neprofesionalni, neefektivni a neumeji pracovat s počítačem a tudiz vas zdrzuji a pak vas jeste zestekaj, ze budete pozdě u pana doktora. Kdyz volate telefonicky, tak vas to hodi na linku, ze jste paty v poradi, pak cekate na lince a kdyz mate jako jit na radu, tak vas nekdo slozi. To se mi stalo ctyrikrat po sobe. Takze lidi se nemuzou ani preobjednat, ani oznamit, ze jedete pozde. Shatteringly irritated woman on file cabinet, people run out of their own complexes. They are unprofessional, inefficient and unable to work with a computer, so I delay you and then miss you that you will be late with the doctor. When you call by phone, it fits you on the line, that you are in line, then wait on the line, and when you have the advice, someone will fold. That happened to me four times in a row. So people can't either pre-order or announce you're late.

K	Katyya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jediny minus je dlouhá objednávací doba, ale určitě to stoji za to. Velice milý, přátelský a profesionalní personál, doktorky i recepční. Nemocnice se nachází v historické budově v centru Prahy, ordinace jsou vybavené moderním zařizenim (odběry krve, sono atd. všechno na jednom mistě). Mužu jenom doporučit! The only minus is the long order time, but it's definitely worth it. Very nice, friendly and professional staff, doctors and receptionists. The hospital is located in a historic building in the center of Prague, surgeries are equipped with modern equipment (blood sampling, sono, etc. all in one place). I can only recommend!
K	Kateřina L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu proč paní co přijímá žádanky na krevních odběrech nemá v počítači žádanky, proč klient musí letět do kartotéky pro žádanku tam vystát frontu a pak zase zpátky. Možná bod k zamyšlení jak mít více proklientský přístup. I don't understand why the lady who receives requests for blood samples does not have requests in the computer, why the client has to fly to the request file to stand there in line and then back again. Maybe a point to think about how to have a more pro-client approach.
V	Veronika Vlčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak už zde v recenzích zaznělo: Lékaři dobří, ale odběry připomínají jatka. Stejně jako všude záleží, na koho narazíte, ale po srážce s jednou takovou řeznicí bude mít syn pravděpodobně na dlouho trauma. Po tom, co ho totálně rozbodala aniž by něco nabrala (zdůrazňuj, že syn sice plakal, ale nebránil se a necukal), nebyla schopná mu tu ruku ani zalepit. Schumlala mu na to kus leukoplasti, kterou se jí ještě povedlo přilepit prst kolegyni, která jí přišla pomoct. Neschopnější sestru jsem v životě neviděla - a jak jsem z jistých náznaků vyrozuměla, není to tam o té dotyčné vůbec žádné tajemství. A stejně ji nechají nabírat, dokonce ji pustí na děti! Pokud sem musíte s dítětem, zavolejte si nejdřív na Oddělení funkční diagnostiky a objednejte se na odběr tam. Tam jsme nakonec taky skončili a byli tam moc milí a vstřícní, navíc s lepším vybavením pro děti. Pro nás už to bylo bohužel pozdě, protože syn byl po předchozím "zásahu" tak vystresovaný a v křeči, že jsme další pokusy o nabírání raději odpískali. She snatched a piece of leucoplast, which she still managed to stick her finger on to a colleague who had come to help her. I had never seen a more incompetent sister in my life - and as I knew from some clues, there was no secret at all about the one in question. And they let her recruit anyway, they even let her go to the children! If you have to come here with a child, first call the Department of Functional Diagnostics and order a collection there. We ended up there as well and were very nice and helpful there, moreover with better equipment for children. Unfortunately, it was too late for us, because the son was so stressed and in spasm after the previous "intervention" that we preferred to whistle further attempts at recruitment.
I	Ivana Kaňková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zajímavé, dalo by se říci i pěkné prostředí, zatím jsem vždy měla štěstí na velice příjemné a ochotné lékařky a lékaře, kteří vědí o čem mluví a co dělají. Ano, někdy se čeká dlouho, ale tady si klidně i počkám, přesně jak již někdo psal, ukažte, kde se nečeká. Jediné minus, za které nebudu ani ubírat * je občas personál na informacích, pokud se potřebujete na něco zeptat ohledně provozu a kam mám jít, pokud jste na Endo poprvé, podruhé a ještě úplně nevíte, jak to tam chodí, na informacích se raději neptejte. :D Interesting, you could say a nice environment, so far I have always been lucky to have very nice and helpful doctors who know what they are talking about and what they are doing. Yes, sometimes it takes a long time, but I will wait here, exactly as someone has already written, show where it is not expected. The only downside I won't even take * is sometimes the information staff, if you need to ask something about the traffic and where to go, if you're on Endo for the first time, the second time and you still don't know how it goes, you better not ask the information . : D

Finally when I was transferred to the right department another woman hung up on me with the rude reply "no English". No manners at all. At least for the decency put your website only in CZ if you not even able to talk to English patients over the phone. Disappointment is not even going to cut it.
