M	Markéta Simeckova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na zákrok jsem šla na základě informací z internetu, chování paní ředitelky jenž vede kliniku bylo více než otřesné, chtěla jsem heslo na WiFi přece jen 2 hodiny jsou dvě hodiny, sama paní ředitelka byla rozhořčená co si to dovoluji po tom co jim za službu platím nemalé peníze něco takového chtít. Prý nejsem na hotelu. Paní ředitelka zřejmě nemá chování odpovídající její pozici a doporučím ji se naučit chovat profesionálně, Kliniku nedoporučuji. Pacáka jsem navštívil na doporučení obvodního lékaře s žádostí o odstranění nevstřebatelných stehů po žilním štěpu. Nebyli však odstraněny všechny, zahnívali, tak jsem byl nucen odstranit si je sám, za pomoci pinzety a desinfekce. Inu, nic moc, ale co by jste chtěli po nestátním zařízení. Druhá zkušenost : chtěl jsem si nechat leaserem odstranit kožní výrůstky. Na recepci mně ujistili, že pořadí je, jak přijdeme, což se jevilo jako rozumné. Po hodině, kdy už všichni, kteři přišli po mně byli vyšetřeny a odešli, si mně sestra všimla a vzala si kartu pojišťovny. A opět volala všechny okolo mně a došlí po mně. Tak jsem si vzal svou kartu pojišťence a po dvou hodinách jsem odešel. Kdo si mohl všimnout dvoumetrového chlapa, sedícího proti dveřim !!?? Nebo, že by sestra byla tak stydlivá ?? So I took my insurance card and left after two hours. Who could notice a two-meter man sitting against the door !! ?? Or that my sister was so shy?

Čekala bych od kliniky, kde si vše hradíte úplně jiný přístup k lidem. My personal experience is one big disappointment. You are ordered, you wait an hour and no one will tell you anything and ignore you. I would expect from the clinic, where you pay for a completely different approach to people.
