★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to uz asi iba rarita najst dnes taky vynikajuci a profesionalny personal s akym sme sa stretli v tejto predajni, konkretne ide o mladeho muza s dlhymi vlasmi v cope pri matracoch. Bol velmi ustretovy, mily a vedel profesionalne odpovedat na kazdu otazku. Aj to nas prinutilo ist tu uz po druhy krat a urcite sa tu este vratime.

Především bych rád vyzdvihl kvalitní komunikaci a přístup k zákazníkům.
Vstřícná a příjemná komunikace a to i řidiče, který přivezl objednané zboží a počkal na místě ještě půl hodiny po domluveném čase, což není dnes jistě standardem. Ve srovnání s jinými společnostmi prodávajícími nábytek a to i se známými řetězci jsem měl o poznání lepší pocit ve vztahu prodávající - zákazník.
Koupeny tři postele Erika řady Lermo - 90*200 - vše pasovalo jak mělo, nic nechybělo, zkrátka radost sestavit. Jednoznačně doporučuji.
Velmi děkuji a panu majiteli a jeho zaměstnancům patří velký dík!

Friendly and pleasant communication, even the driver, who brought the ordered goods and waited on the spot for another half hour after the agreed time, which is certainly not standard today. Compared to other companies selling furniture, even with well-known chains, I had a better feeling in the relationship between seller and customer.
Bought three Erika beds of the Lermo series - 90 * 200 - everything fit as it should, nothing was missing, in short, the joy of assembling. I definitely recommend.
