Záruku na zboží máte ze zakona, ale tenhle podnik má asi jiné zákony.

Navod k obsluze je příšerný, např. doporučuje zkontrolovat kompletnost dodávky, ale v návodu není uveden seznam dílů. Objednával jsem na IČ, dodavatel ale IČ na daňový doklad neuvedl, přestože je to jeho zákonná povinnost. Doklad jsem reklamoval a dozvěděl jsem se, že IČ je na dokladu bylo, poslali mi fake printscreen. Vysavač naštěstí zatím funguje, ale bohužel budu v budoucnu muset objednat náhradní díly. Shrnutí: výrobek běžné kvality, služby nedostatečné.
I wanted to support the domestic economy and I ordered a robotic vacuum cleaner through the e-shop. The operating instructions are terrible, eg it is recommended to check the completeness of the delivery, but there is no list of parts in the manual. I ordered on the ID number, but the supplier did not state the ID number on the tax document, although it is his legal obligation. I complained about the document and I learned that the ID number was on the document, they sent me a fake printscreen. Fortunately, the vacuum cleaner still works, but unfortunately I will have to order spare parts in the future. Summary: product of normal quality, insufficient services.
