Une fois l'escroquerie faite, la personne n'acceptera pas d'annuler la transaction. Ils vous font signer un papier comme quoi ils ne sont plus responsables. Le pire endroit pour échanger de la monnaie. La meilleure chose à faire, c'est d'attendre l'heure où les commerces ouvrent et aller à un endroit normal. Évitez tout ce qui a avoir avec western union à cet égard.
 I showed myself in this place. They show low rates outside but they have hidden the real rates, especially the fact that they make you pay huge commissions. Once the scam is made, the person will not agree to cancel the transaction. They make you sign a paper stating that they are no longer responsible. The worst place to exchange currency. The best thing to do is wait for the time when the shops are open and go to a normal place. Avoid anything that has to do with western union in this regard.
