Přírodní matrace Horse dream gold je skvělá a přesně vše klaplo jak pán na prodejně slíbil.Máme ji již víc jak pul roku a pořád stejná . Už jsem doporučil i v práci :) Máte za mě za jedna z prodejny. Great choice and really experienced staff. Nowhere have I learned about mattresses as much as in this smaller store. Natural mattress Horse dream gold is great and exactly everything worked out as the gentleman at the store promised. We have it for more than half a year and still the same. I have already recommended at work :) You have for me one of the stores.
R	Roman Albrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel čas na výměnu matrace. Navštívili jsme obchod pana Stejskala. Jednou, dvakrat, třikrát. Nemohli jsme se rozhodnout. Pokaždé se nám pan Stejskal věnoval, trpělivě, vysvětloval, navrhoval rěšení. Nakonec nám navrhnul nové složení matrace, která se neprodává. Zajistil vzorek, abychom ho mohli vyzkouset. Je to sen! Latex s povrchovou vrstvou přírodního latexu. Spí se nám uplně jinak. Ale to nebylo všechno. Zmínil jsem, že mám reflux a tak jsme společně navrhli a pan Stejskal nechal vyrobit klín pod hlavu, Nádhera. A pak zavolal, že má nový polštář, že by nás mohl zajímat. Stavili jsme se a byla to láska na první zalehnutí. Prostě naprosto špičkové služby a přístup! It's time to change the mattress. We visited Mr. Stejskal's store. Once, twice, three times. We couldn't decide. Each time, Mr. Stejskal paid attention to us, patiently, explained, proposed solutions. Finally, he suggested a new mattress composition that is not for sale. He provided a sample so we could test it. It is a dream! Latex with a surface layer of natural latex. We sleep completely differently. But that was not all. I mentioned that I have reflux, so we designed together and Mr. Stejskal had a wedge made under his head, Nádhera. And then he called to say he had a new pillow that might interest us. We stopped and it was love at first sight. Simply absolutely top service and access!

Ihned po objednávce přes e-shop jsem byla kontaktována ohledně překontrolování objednávky a kontaktních údajů ( opět velmi příjemný pán). Zboží bylo dodáno ve velmi rychlé době. Matrace velmi důkladně zabalena, aby nedošlo k poškození při přepravě. Zde je radost nakupovat. DOPORUČUJI ? I am very satisfied with the business. Phone contact great, a very friendly employee told me when the goods would be in stock and so it happened. Immediately after ordering via the e-shop, I was contacted regarding the review of the order and contact details (again, a very nice gentleman). The goods were delivered in a very fast time. The mattress is packed very carefully to prevent damage during transport. Here is the joy of shopping. I RECOMMEND ?

Matrace neberu nikde jinde. Whenever I involve this company in my interior realizations, everything is as it should be. They know their range and are constantly improving and moving. I don't take mattresses anywhere else.

Příště už určitě zase u vás :) We bought great mattresses from you, I'm a little sorry that we tried another company when we bought the mattresses again. Next time for sure again :)

Vyladila bych trochu telefonickou komunikaci o datu dodání a dopravě, ale vzhledem k tomu, že postel i smontovali a na matracích se spí skvěle, nemůžu dát jinak, než plné hodnocení. Doporučuji. Great experience. Smooth selection of mattresses and beds, gentleman in the store helpful, kind, very helpful. I would fine-tune a bit of the telephone communication about the date of delivery and transport, but since the bed was also assembled and the mattresses sleep great, I can't give anything but a full evaluation. I recommend.

Pán v prodejně byl velice nápomocný, vše nám vysvětlil, ukázal nám, jak správně ležet a jaké matrace by doporučil. To hodnotím velmi kladně. Poté jsme se byli podívat do jiných, konkurenčních prodejen, kde nebyli ani zdaleka tak nápomocní a hned se nám snažili akorát matrace prodat a nehleděli na naše potřeby. Proto jsme se rozhodli, že si zde koupíme naše první matrace. Když jsme 4.1. přišli, ochotně nám dali na prodejně vyzkoušet 2 matrace, mezi kterými jsme se rozhodovali. Nakonec jsme jeden typ vybrali, zaplatili a odešeli. Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Dnes, na druhý den byly matrace doručeny. Celkově hodnotím nákup velice kladně a pokud bude možnost, tak váš obchod určitě doporučím. The first experience with the business was when on July 23, 2021 we came to choose our mattress together with my girlfriend. The gentleman in the store was very helpful, he explained everything to us, showed us how to lie properly and what mattresses he would recommend. I evaluate this very positively. Then we went to other, competing stores, where they were not nearly as helpful and immediately tried to sell us the mattress and did not look at our needs. That's why we decided to buy our first mattresses here. When we 4.1. they came, they willingly let us try 2 mattresses at the store, between which we decided. In the end, we chose one type, paid and left. Everything was fine. Today, the next day, the mattresses were delivered. Overall, I rate the purchase very positively and if possible, I will definitely recommend your store.

We purchased two beds from this company, and one came defective with dents and and a stain on the frame, plus the mattress being damaged and stained itself. The damage wasn't visible when the shipment was dropped off, but only afterwards. The packaging didn't appear to have any damage, so it appears the bed was shipped with the damage by the company. We attempted to contact the company by phone, but the employee was nasty and duplicitous in identifying themselves to us. We then sent in a request for replacement but the this company hid behind the Czech law allowing them 30 days to react. Now 30 days have passed and they have so far have not reacted to our request to solve the problem. We are now involving our lawyer. Instead of being happy to have business in this time of stores being shut down, they have decided to react despicably in an effort to avoid fixing the situation. I have provided pictures of their quality. Stay away from Interieru Stejskal! I will be more than happy to update all, how this situation turns out, if they react?
