Большое офисное здание. Проработал тут уже достаточно длительный период, чтобы полноценно его оценить.
Из плюсов:
- крытый двух ярусный подземный паркинг
- химчистка. Вернее прием вещей для химчистики, т.к. чистят их не тут
- хорошая кафе/столовая. Не дорого, если сравнивать с близлежащими заведениями общепита и вкусно. Правда ассортимент блюд уже не менялся пол года.
- рецепция с вменяемыми сотрудниками. На моем опыте я имел дело с разными, но тут с сотрудниками действительно все в порядке
- внутренний мини парк
- свежий ремонт
- здание интегрировано в информационное приложение "SpaceFlow"
- отделение приема/отправки почты. Очень удобно
Из минусов:
- возможность попасть в подземный паркинг только через один лифт. Технически любой лифт из любой части здания ведет на паркинг. Но все лифты кроме одного заблокированы для доступа на паркинг. Приходится "наворачивать круги"
- в туалетах последние несколько месяцев на бумажных полотенцах для рук стали экономить и перестали их класть вообще
- в лифтах не берет мобильная связь
По стоимости: +- средняя стоимость для подобных офисных зданий по Праге.
В целом могу смело поставить 5/5

Large office building. I have worked here for a long enough period to fully appreciate it.
Of the pros:
- covered two-tiered underground parking
- dry cleaning. Rather, the reception of things for dry cleaning, because clean them not here
- nice cafe / canteen. Not expensive when compared to nearby catering establishments and delicious. True, the range of dishes has not changed for half a year.
- reception with sane employees. In my experience, I have dealt with different ones, but here the employees are really all right.
- indoor mini park
- fresh renovation
- the building is integrated into the information application "SpaceFlow"
- department of receiving / sending mail. Very comfortably
Cons:
- the ability to get to the underground parking only through one lift. Technically, any lift from any part of the building leads to the parking lot. But all elevators except one are blocked for access to the parking lot. I have to "turn around"
- in toilets in the last few months they began to save on paper hand towels and stopped putting them at all
- does not take mobile communication in elevators
Cost: + - the average cost for similar office buildings in Prague.
In general, I can safely put 5/5
