Amazon is NOT close to what you would experience in the UK or US...do not waste your efforts- this is a far superior choice! I advise you purchase an upgraded account. It is a few US Dollars, but the rewards are countless and it entitles you to exclusive deals/discounts and free at home shipping- which is next day in most cases. The concept and check out ease is mind blowing: you simply enter your order information into the self check out machine, collect your receipt for pick up, and present it to the representative at the pick up counter. You sit,wait for your number to be called, and retrieve your items. The painless process takes approximately 5 minutes. I was able to purchase my dog food without issue. I had been searching for 2 months prior. It is a regular stock item and shockingly less expensive than I have ever paid in the past!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big company: terrible service. I placed a large order online for delivery, before payment I realised I forgot my discount code. Impossible to go back and add it. Didn't pay for the order and started again with a new order which I paid for. Paid extra for specific delivery time. On the day of delivery, nothing came. No communication from mall. Checked the order online, and they changed the delivery day to the following day. No apology, no offer to refund the charge for specific delivery time. Then they sent both almost identical orders (including the one not paid, all mixed together). Delivery driver unloaded everything, then asked for payment (for the order I never completed). Everything had to be sent back, both orders cancelled and now I have to wait up to TWO WEEKS to get a refund!!! No English customer service line and the Czech one makes no sense (automated messages about previous orders). For such a big company, the service is absolutely rubbish. Competitors are much better organised, and have the courtesy to inform you about delays in delivery. Will look for another supplier for the items I ordered.
