★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogance paní majitelky je až k neuvěření. 6 měsíců zpět jsem si tam nechal dělat skla a vše v pořádku. Ale dnešní zkušenost? Člověk by jen chtěl trosku dotáhnout brýle, logicky je připraven za to zaplatit. Ale smůla, zrovna tyto brýle jsem nekupoval u paní, takže přístup ve stylu brýle jste nekupoval u mě, tak si běžte jinam. Úkon, který by zabral asi minutu? S tímto přístupem se už nedivím, že tam nikdo nechodí a většinou je zavřeno. Ta neochota je příšerná.
 The arrogance of the owner is almost unbelievable. 6 months ago I had glass there and everything was fine. But today's experience? One would just want to tighten the wreckage, logically ready to pay for it. But bad luck, I didn't buy these glasses from my lady, so you didn't buy glasses-style access with me, so go somewhere else. An act that would take about a minute? With this approach, I no longer wonder that nobody goes there and is mostly closed. The reluctance is terrible.
