★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Intersekce realizovala tchánovi instalaci tepelného čerpadla. Na základě toho, firmu nemohu doporučit. Personál nebyl proškolen v instalaci daného typu čerpadla a dopustil se zásadních instalačních chyb. Například u vnější jednotky nebyly odinstalovány části určené pro přepravu což způsobovalo vysokou hlučnost a v případě neodstranění závady by to později vedlo k poškození jednotky. Špatné bylo i vybavení personálu, kterému chybělo nářadí a spotřební materiál. Dále instalační práce vyžadovaly kvůli netěsnosti systému okamžitou reklamaci.
 The company Intersekce installed a heat pump for his father-in-law. Based on that, I can't recommend the company. The personnel was not trained in the installation of the given type of pump and made fundamental installation errors. For example, the outdoor unit did not have the transport parts removed, which caused high noise, and failure to correct the problem would later damage the unit. The equipment of the staff, who lacked tools and consumables, was also bad. Furthermore, the installation work required an immediate complaint due to a system leak.
