nedoporučuji!!!! V červenci jsem si zakoupila v Olympii v Teplicích batůžek. Po 4 měsících jsem zjistila že se páře u popruhu i když v něm nosím pouze telefon, peněženku a klíče. Tak jsem ho šla reklamovat, také proč ne že, když záruka platí dva roky, a když batůžek nevydrží ani půl roku tak je asi něco špatně... Takže po týdnu mi batůžek poslali zpět s tím že se reklamace zamítá. Takže beru telefon a hledám telefoni číslo. Mám ho, volám. Zvedne mi to nějaká slečna ( ani se nepredstavila..) Ano,. Dobrý den, u telefonu XY , nedávno jsem u vás reklamovala batůžek a mám ohledně toho otázky, pomůžete mi. Jistě řekněte mi jméno, já si vás připravím, zapnu počítač a za deset minut vám zavolám. Dobře,. Řeknu jí své jméno s tím že jí věřím že se zpátky ozve... Po hodině jsem si uvědomila že stále nikdo nevolal, dobře tak tam zavolám sama. Vytáčím číslo ale hlásí mi to linka obsazena, tak to po chvíli zkouším zas a zas ale stále mají obsazeno. Hmm tak asi po desáté mě to přestalo bavit a říkám pritelovi aby tam zkusil zavolat,.. Hele a ono to z jeho čísla zvoní ale nikdo to nebere.. Tak hned zase zkouším ze svého ale opět obsazeno.. Takže asi tak, ještě snad nikdo mě tak nerozcilil. Já jsem nejspíše v blokaci a ostatním to neberou.. Je fakt drzost se takhle chovat k zákazníkovi. Už nikdy u vás nebudu nakupovat, tohle se nedělá...
