Pleasant and willing behavior

I really do not recommend! Incredible behavior Unfortunately, the first impression after arrival was very bad. We could not find anyone with our sign and the inscription of our travel agency. We didn't even see the delegate. After long minutes of searching, we finally found our sign. The inscription was very small so it could not be recognized among the others. From there, they took us directly to our bus. We thought they would have a list of names, but we didn't see any papers. Another very unpleasant incident was with the departure. We went to ask at the reception what time the bus will arrive for us. We were told that the bus should arrive around 19:30. On the day of departure, we arrived at the reception at 19:15 and the receptionist told us not to be afraid that when the bus arrived, he would come to let us know. We waited, it was 19:30 and our bus was still nowhere. After a while we went to ask again at the reception, from where they called our delegate. I then spoke to the delegate in person. I asked him how this situation would be resolved further and what would happen to our removal. He was Slovak and he was very unpleasant and arrogant. He said that this was our problem and that we should have been in front of the hotel at 19:00. I told him it was his job, after all, and he should check to see if everyone had joined, and if not, go to the front desk. I may be used to a different way of acting, but this was inadmissible, and the receptionist was surprised, because delegates usually check everything according to the list. That's why we had to order a taxi quickly, otherwise we wouldn't have managed to catch the plane and we would pay for new tickets in addition to pick-up. The taxi driver who came for us went to the reception to ask if this was really true. He wondered how anyone could be so irresponsible. We paid € 48 + tip for the taxi. But the driver really deserved it. He went with us very fast to catch our flight. She advised us to write a complaint and they said that the money should be returned! We wrote the complaint but of course we got no money
