They just change the part not even repairing small things for mac. she was constantly repeating “we are authorised apple service” as if she get job of prime minister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Discovered upon return that incorrect component was installed to upgrade my iMac 27" in error. Offered to reinstall only if I personally returned the iMac, or 200czk for the difference of value of component that should have been installed. Would recommend to look elsewhere for iMac upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place where I can always get my computer fixed fairly quickly. A thing that I feel they should not charge for is cleaning the computer from dust, if they are doing a major fix, like changing a keyboard and a battery. Like you could possibly do a quality job on that without getting the dust out first to make sure you do a great job. It should be part of the job.
But it is just how I’d do the business and probably soon go under. Apart from that, great and fast job as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I had a problem in the signal of my Iphone 7. I took it to this center. The phone was not repaired + I was charged 400 czk + screen protection was removed and destroyed + and the worst that my phone became blocked where I am not able to even to start it up. I took again to them, they said they can not do anything. I may understand that the phone was not repairable, but I expect, at least, to take my phone back in the same condition that I delivered to an "Authorized Apple Provider" rather than to get it completely useless.
Very unprofessional, very un recommended, and no worse than Apple except iOpravna.
After 4 years of using iPhone, I will quit this company for ever, and I will recommend to every close person to quit it as well.
