A nejsou schopni stim nic delat , hlavne kdyz se blizi splatnost tak uz hned pisou emaily aby se platilo. Zrejme prejdu jinam Grapes I do not know what I pay for when it looks matter of fact. Služba funguje skvěle, ke stavu poměr/výkon je to nejlepší co v Kladně najdete. Excellent technician, especially Mr. Ivaniš. A professional approach and willingness that one does not encounter today. D	Dash CZSK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neochotný přístup ze všech stran, Pokud vám internet nepůjde je to rozhodně vaše chyba a toto budete slyšet do té doby,dokud vám nepoví ať si objednáte servisního technika za 800kč(450kč za práci a 350kč za výjezd) Jsou ani ne kilometr od mého bydliště a stejně si naúčtovali cestu jak za 30km. I po opravě servisního technika kdy nám byl slibován internet o rychlosti 60/60 mbs a stále stabilitě internet funguje jen do 19h. poté opět hapruje,s tímto problémém jsem opět kontaktoval technika který se již k tomuto nevyjádřil. 1 hvězdu za to,že se na internet dostanu aspoň ve 3 ráno. O	Ondřej Šťovíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před pár lety velmi dobrý poskytovatel. Nyní se nelze nikam dovolat ohledně smluv a faktur. Změnili fakturační údaje aniž bych si všiml změny. Platba odešla na staré údaje přes trvalý příkaz. Nelze se nikam dovolat, aby člověk mohl získat platbu zpět nebo zjistit jak to řešit. Email s dotazem zatím též bez odpovědi. Momentálně nemohu doporučit, i když se jedná asi o nejlepší poměr cena výkon na Kladně. A very good provider a few years ago. There is nowhere to call anywhere for contracts and invoices. Absolutně nedoporučuji. Absolutely appalling approach. I've been dealing with internet termination for a month. The company does not communicate at all, does not answer, does not answer the phones.
