★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelný! Koupim telefon 23.prosince a chci ho vrátit 27.a paní mi řekne že ho vrátit nemohu? Zákony asi pracovníkům nic neříkají! Dostal jsem číslo na manažera Krejzu, který ale telefon nezvedá. Nevěřil bych, že budu kontaktovat právníka kvůli věci, jako je vrácení 3dny statého zboží!
Radím, kupujte telefony všude, jen ne v tomto obchodě!
 Incredible! I will buy the phone on December 23rd and I want to return it on the 27th and the lady will tell me that I cannot return it? The laws probably don't tell workers! I got a number for Krejz's manager, who doesn't answer the phone. I wouldn't believe I'd contact a lawyer for a thing like returning 3 days of merchandise!
I advise you to buy phones everywhere, but not in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem si zde tvrzené sklo, nechala jsem si jej i nalepit. Pan prodavač tvrdil, ze lepší sklo není, ze je velmi odolné (stalo cca 1000 Kč). Nicméně po asi 3 dnech mi sklo na několika místech prasklo a to bych chtěla zdůraznit, ze jsi na mobil opravdu dávala pozor (nebyl ve stejne kapsicce jako klíče, byl v obalu, nepadal mi…). Určitě si již zde sklo nekoupim a uz vůbec si jej nenechám zde nalepit.
I bought tempered glass here, I also had it glued. The salesman claimed that the glass is not better, that it is very durable (it cost about 1000 CZK). However, after about 3 days, my glass broke in several places and I would like to emphasize that you really paid attention to your mobile phone (it was not in the same pocket as the keys, it was in the package, it did not fall on me…). I will definitely not buy glass here anymore and I will not have it glued here at all.

The prices are the same as the Apple store so if you want to pay full price then better get it from the apple store.
if you want cheaper maybe try some other big eshops.
