★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem opravdu zklamaný. Přinesl jsem svůj MacBook Pro s malým problémem s displayem. Asi dva měsíce před návštěvou jsem zpozoroval krátké probliknutí displaye v určité poloze. Poté to zmizelo. Jelikož jsem měl MacBook ještě v záruce, přinesl jsem ho na diagnostiku. Napsali mi, že je tam mechanická chyba, na kterou se nevztahuje záruka. Když jsem si pro Mac přišel, byla na něm prasklina a najednou obří čára přes display, která v žádné poloze nemizí. Oprava od nich 15k. O ničem neví, milá paní na recepci se najednou změnila na sarkastickou, nepříjemnou ženskou. Opravdu sem nepotřeboval přinést Mac v použitelné kondici, aby se mi vrátil takto poničený. Pořád je to zařízení za 44k. Nedoporučuj nikomu, před podpisem čehokoliv doporučuji prostudovat pořádně jejich podmínky. Velké ZKLAMÁNÍ.
 I'm really disappointed. I brought my MacBook Pro with a small display problem. About two months before the visit I noticed a brief flicker of the display in a certain position. Then it disappeared. Since I still had a MacBook under warranty, I brought it for diagnostics. I was told there was a mechanical error that was not covered by the warranty. When I came for Mac, there was a crack on it, and suddenly a giant line across the display, which does not disappear in any position. Repair from them 15k. She knows nothing, a sweet lady at the front desk suddenly turned into a sarcastic, unpleasant woman. I really didn't need to bring a Mac in usable shape to get me back that damaged. It's still a 44k device. Do not recommend to anyone, before signing anything I recommend to study their conditions properly. Great ZKLAMÁNÍ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná firma. Je vůbec boj je tam najít, nikde to není zvenku pořádně označené. Na recepci nějaká paní, která o tom nic nevěděla - měl jsem zlomený kloub na carbonadu, samozřejmě měsíc po záruce. Z firmy se nikomu nedovolala, takže tam asi nikdo nebyl. Napsala si můj popis problému, že se ozvou s cenou a termínem opravy. Samozřejmě už se nikdo neozval. Po téhle zkušenosti tuhle firmu a hlavně Lenovo, které už vyrábí jen šmejdy, tak nikdy!
Terrible company. There is no struggle to find them there, nowhere is it properly marked on the outside. At the reception, a lady who didn't know anything about it - I had a broken joint on the carbonade, of course a month after the warranty. She didn't call anyone from the company, so probably no one was there. She wrote down my description of the problem, that they would contact them with the price and date of the repair. Of course, no one answered. After this experience, this company and especially Lenovo, which already produces only scumbags, never!

There was a woman not English speaker to welcome me (I specified them that I don’t speak Czech in advance), they didn’t have the battery for my phone even if they knew my iPhone model when I reserved the appointment. And last but not least, overpriced than the standard Apple prices. Will never go again.
