Ale pouze mění komponenty. - Hlásí Vám předběžnou cenu, ale bacha mluví o částkách bez DPH. - Navíc cena jízdného je - tam i zpět a to za 8 kč opět bez DPH. - Nahlásil jsem konkrétní závadu na display. Pán konstatoval tutéž závadu a naúčtoval mi cenu za zjištění 300kč bez DPH. NEDOPORUČUJI NEDOPORUČUJI !!!! The reason is as follows: - They don't repair the goods. Bohužel během opravy technik zjistil, že součástka - zámek, už není k sehnání. Zaimprovizoval a vmontoval tam jiný zámek. Jsem ráda, že mikrovlnka může sloužit dál díky šikovným rukám pana technika. Již podruhé jsme využili jejich služeb a s důvěrou se budeme vracet! The only UL service where I was willing to take a 4-year-old AEG microwave to repair. Za patnáct minut "opravy" platba 400 Kč + 300 Kč doprava (2 km) bez DPH. Technik pouze konstatoval, že nahlášená chyba se nyní neprojevuje. Dále manželku poučil, ať v případě opakování problému provedeme kontrolu filtru a sítka v přívodní hadici. Nechápu, proč to rovnou neprovedl (tím spíše, když si 15 minut řekl zmíněných 400 Kč). V neposlední řadě přišlo technikovi zvláštní, že se v bytě nemůže pohybovat ve špinavé obuvi. I could not arrange to repair the dishwasher by email. They picked up my phone for about 8th attempt. Susičku jsem musela vyhodit a koupit novou. Teď se situace opakuje s chladničkou, která občas nepříjemné a nahlas drnčí. V přítomnosti technika zrovna nedrnčela. Reklamace byla zamítnuta a od té doby servis nereaguje. Bohužel ani prodejce a výrobce. Šlendrián. Pan majitel Bačina má chování řeznického psa. Absolutely untrustworthy and incompetent company. Po nenalezení závady na spotřebiči si účtuje 700 Kč za odvedenou práci, a to bez DPH, bez předchozího oznámení. Webová stránka je však chaotická a chybí v ní důležité údaje. Úplně chybí ceník služeb servisu. Velmi neprofesionální jednání. Po telefonu se mnou mluvil drze. Pro peníze za "vykonanou práci" si chtěl drze přijet bez předchozí domluvy ke mně domů a čekal, že mu je okamžitě předám v hotovosti. Na daňový doklad, který jsem obdržela na e-mail, mě sám podepsal, čímž se dopustil podvodného jednání. Velmi nedoporučuji.
