★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zcela neprofesionální firma. Velmi špatné řešení klientského problému. Help desk reaguje velmi pozdě. Servisní zásah často nerealizují přímo na místě, ale pouze na vzdálený přístup, což je velký problém pro zákazníky, kteří nejsou odbornici a IT technice nerozumí. Dovolím si tvrdit, že se jedná o jednu z nejhorších firem na trhu, co se týče vstupních systémů.
Totally unprofessional company. Very bad solution to the client problem. Help desk responds very late. Service interventions are often not carried out on site, but only for remote access, which is a big problem for non-technical customers who do not understand IT. I dare say that this is one of the worst companies on the market in terms of entry systems.
