When my rented Iveco Daily transporter from SIXT broke down due to a defect heating of the Ad-Blue-System, these guys arrived at my location as soon as possible and fixed the issue right away.
They called me after I reported the situation to SIXT and knew exactly what the issue was from what I told them what had happened and how to solve it - unlike the mechanic from Germany on the very same day earlier. So, I could continue my trip and complete my move from Erfurt to Vienna without having to switch the vehicle one my own which was loaded with boxes and furtniture in the middle of winter.
And I even managed to return the vehicle on time at midnight after a 17+ hour trip what should've been 6,5 hours if SIXT would keep their vehicle fleet maintained - or if the French could produce a heating system which works even below 8°C (Yes, that's above freezing temperatures).
So, thanks a lot! If I ever need help again, I know where to go and who to call.
