Our communication with the clinic and the doctor was extremely pleasant and productive. Everything was clear concerning the treatment and the clinic is attentive individually to each client. Very nice and professional team. They helped and guided us every step of our journey. They use the latest technology and the prices are affordable. We can recommend Zlín IVF Clinic for couples with fertility difficulties. We have had several treatments in our home country with no success. We like Zlín and love the Clinic! Without the Clinic we would not have a beautiful baby. The staff is professional and very kind, doctors have the worldwide knowledge which is necessary for having the personalised protocol. The hotel is superb beside the Clinic, actually in the same building and the restaurant is fantastic. The location is fabulous on the top of the town and its atmosphere is absolutely nice and peaceful. I would like to thank you for everyone helped for us here.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Zlin clinic for the fertility treatment. The whole treatment process was very well organised and it was easy to communicate with the clinic via our coordinator Anna, who is very attentive and friendly. Our daughter was born in May 2022 and we are so greatful to all the staff for making this happen.

Ive visited this clinic twice, the second time during Covid. I found the staff, and my coordinator Anna, in particular, very professional. I never had a problem with communication, and all emails and enquiries were answered promptly considering the difference in timezones (USA/ Europe & Australia). I had some difficulties organising medications and travel during the covid outbreak, but the clinic was very helpful throughout, emailing prescriptions and even calling ahead to chemists to check availability of medication and arranging for the airport transfer driver to stop by a chemist on my way to Vienna. The adjoining hotel was lovely too; very comfortable and the meals were fantastic!

In this wonderful clinic I found exactly the people I needed in a period that was difficult to manage emotionally. Professionalism, transparency, fairness, all were superlative. The result of the procedure that I followed with all confidence in all the staff (reception, nurses, doctors and laboratory and others) was the one expected for so many years (I am a mother of twins!), which I tried unsuccessfully in many other clinics I've been to before.

IVF Zlin was amazing to deal with and they successfully helped us achieve our goal of completing our family of . We had initially contacted a couple different clinics in the Czech Republic, but were immediately impressed by how timely our coordinator (Anna) responded and also impressed with how clearly they explained the process to us that we chose to go with them (other clinics took weeks to even respond). I also liked that they have a hotel attached to their clinic which is very convenient when travelling from so far. Language was not an issue as our coordinator made sure to book us with the English speaking doctors. Any time I had a question, Anna would respond within the day. In total, we visit this clinic 4 times over the last 3 years. Our initial visit was prior to the pandemic and we were successful on our first try. We chose to use the same clinic for our second child, and I believe the next two attempts may not have been as successful due to the stress of travelling during a pandemic; however, our fourth and final visit was also successful. I must say that at each visit, the staff were very professional and welcoming. The clinic managed to provide appropriate travel documents to be able to travel in the middle of the pandemic when the borders were closed, and the hotel was able to last minute coordinate transportation for me from the Prague airport during one of the visits when my flight had been altered by 24 hours. Zlin is not difficult to get to (4 hours by train from Prague or Vienna) and is centrally located. On one of our trips, my husband and I rented a car and were able to spend an extra few days in other countries such as Poland, Austria, and Croatia. As for the cost, it was also much more affordable that the treatment we had in Canada, and this allowed us to continue trying until we reached our goal. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues.

Wonderful experience at Zlin IVF clinic! Staff were friendly, helpful and professional during as very difficult and stressful time in our lives. Our friends from Canada went there for treatment and were successful in conceiving twins. Because of their great feedback and success story, we went there too. (It was too expensive and stressful to try again in Canada after failed procedures.) The Zlin IVF clinic is very clean and modern. Hotel Tomasov is attached to the clinic and we stayed there. Photos of both the clinic and the hotel are in this review. We felt safe during the pandemic and there were lots of precautions in place to ensure everyone was protected. Anna was our coordinator on Zlin and she was great with getting back to us via email in English. The timing had to be spot on for success. Tanya D (Global IVF Alliance) was our liaison in Canada and she helped us with referring us to local clinic doctors to help us with medications needed for IVF. On our first try we were lucky enough for the IVF procedure to go well and now we are proud parents to a beautiful baby! Zlin clinic treatments are cheaper than the many clinics in Prague which was another reason why we chose this clinic. Zlin is a beautiful, peaceful city by the mountains. It was very calming to be city that is not too crowded and quiet so we could relax during nature walks and keep our distance from others during the pandemic. They have nice restaurants nearby and have a wonderful zoo which we visited We highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with fertility. It costs only a fraction of what it would cost in North America, Australia and other parts of Europe for IVF. Many people travel from around the world to Czech for IVF treatments. In our case, even with the cost of plane tickets, food, hotels, car rental and sight seeing for the two of us for over two weeks it was cheaper than if we paid for just IVF procedure and medication in Canada out of pocket.
