M	Michael Kovařík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vcelku příjemný personál a hezké místo.... ale. donesl jsem tam telefon na reklamaci a za 3dny mi píšou že reklamace byla hotova jel jsem tam a řekli mi že telefonu vůbec nic není.... tak jsem si ten telefon vzal a. koukám na něm nebyli provedeny žádné kroky ani screen time za celé tři dny byl nějaké 2 min to je velmi málo na to aby na něm bylo něco prováděno.... telefon jsem poslal do prahy do iwantu telefonu byla zjištěna špatná baterie... následně ji tam vyměnili a telefon zaslali zpět. takže veliké ponaučení nikdy už nic nebudu reklamovat zde rovnou s tím do prahy milí lidé rychlý a vstřícný to o karlovarském iwantu se říct nedá..... quite nice staff and nice place .... but. I brought the phone there for a complaint and in 3 days they write to me that the complaint was done I went there and they told me that the phone is nothing at all .... so I took the phone a. I look at it no steps or screen time were performed for the whole three days was some 2 min it is very little to do anything on it .... I sent the phone to Prague to iwantu the phone was found to have a bad battery ... then they replaced it there and sent the phone back. so a great lesson I will never complain about anything here right away with that nice people in Prague fast and helpful You can't say that about the Karlovy Vary iwant .....

Po zjištění, že s tím teda asi už nic neudělá mi řekne, že můžu reklamovat folii no. Vrchol byl, že si řekne o peníze za práci.:-D :-D I'm going to have a protective foil stuck on my new iPhone. The guy sticks the protective foil on the cash register, but the bubbles remain there. After finding out that he probably won't do anything about it, he tells me that I can complain about the foil no. The climax was that he would ask for money for work .: - D :-D

M	Michael Kovařík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šel jsem jako obyčený člověk pro radu k macbooku. Potřeboval jsem pomoct s macbookem ohledně aktualizace, přijdu tam a pán na mě co jako chci. Já že bych potreboval technika že potřebuju radu popřípadě pomoct s macbookem aktualizaci starší macbooku na MacOS el Capitan. Pán odvětil ,cituji “na tom už stejně nic nefunguje” já jen nechápu co mu je do toho? Potřeboval jsem technika ne prodavače ktery si myslí že ví vše. Řekl mi že jde pro technika tak jsem počkal a ven vyjde jen on a rovnou ví co tomu macbooku je, ani ho neviděl pomalu nic o něm neslyšel ale hned ví. A řekl hned cenu 1200kč. Můžete mi prosím objasnit jak zjistil závadu a cenu? A co to bylo za všeználka? Samozřejmě mi to nedalo a nebudu někomu dávat 1200kč za něco co ani neviděl, tak jsem šel a volal jsem na Apple podporu tam semnou problém vyřešili do 35min naprosto bez problému a s OCHOTOU! tím pádem budu řešit problémy se zařízeníma pouze přes podporu případně přes jiný servis. Iwant v KV NEDOPORUČIJI! I went like a normal person for advice on a macbook. I needed help with my macbook regarding the update, I'll come there and master what I want. I think I need a technique that I need advice or help with a macbook updating an older macbook on MacOS el Capitan. The Lord replied, I quote "it doesn't work anyway" I just don't understand what's in it? I needed a technician, not a salesman who thought he knew everything. He told me he was going for a technician so I waited and only he would come out and he knew exactly what the macbook was, he didn't even see it, he didn't hear anything about it, but he knew right away. And he immediately said the price of 1200 CZK. Can you please explain how he found the defect and the price? And what was that all-rounder? Of course, it didn't give me and I won't give anyone CZK 1,200 for something they didn't even see, so I went and called Apple support. therefore, I will solve problems with the devices only through support or through another service. Iwant in KV DO NOT RECOMMEND!

L	Lan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this store at all. Their employee insulted me and didnt help me at all.His sarcastic comment weren't neccessary I paid a high price for a phone and then they couldn't resolved my problem. I will never ever buy anything from iwant again.
