The requested spare part "Nivona 047 Brewing Unit" was offered to me immediately, but for more than twice the price I was able to order, including postage from Germany.

Beautiful showroom full of coffee machines, helpful and friendly staff. We chose a coffee maker and several types of coffee to taste. I recommend!

Velmi vysoká cena pozáručních oprav a průměrná komunikace. 3/6/2021: Konkurenční servis si vzal méně než polovinu Vámi požadované čásky. Důvodem byla chybně provedená diagnostika závady - předpokládám, že tohleto by se u profesionálů Vašeho rozsahu stávat nemělo. I was disappointed with the overall approach. Very high price of post-warranty repairs and average communication. 3/6/2021: Competitive service has taken less than half of the amount you requested. The reason was an incorrectly performed fault diagnosis - I assume that this should not happen to professionals of your size.

Pán ze servisu se mi věnoval, řekl všechny možnosti i včetně odhadovaných cen. Už mi to kafe chybělo! Thank you very much for the prompt service. Even though the coffee machine is old, it works as "young" after service. The gentleman from the service took care of me, he said all the options, including the estimated prices. I missed that coffee already!

To byli o poznání míň vstřícní, pálka za servis ve výši mi vyrazila dech, zřejmě jsou zacílení na firemní klientelu, nakonec jsme nechali opravit téměř za polovinu jinde. Nedoporučuji. When we bought their coffee machine in the old place, they were incredibly helpful, so the first choice for post-warranty service. They were less accommodating, the service bat in the amount took my breath away, they are probably targeted at corporate clients, and in the end we had it repaired for almost half of them elsewhere. I do not recommend.
P	Pavel Šťastný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsem nesl kávovar do servisu myslel jsem si, že mě někdo bude tlačit rovnou do nového, že se oprava nevyplatí a podobné argumenty poplatné dnešní době. Byl jsem mile překvapený, že se tak nestalo a naopak byl přístup velmi milý a následná diagnostika proběhla velmi rychle a já tak věděl, co je špatně, kolik bude stát oprava a jak dlouho to bude trvat. Když jsem opravený kávovar vyzvedával tak mi technik ochotně vysvětlil, co se v kávovaru stalo a jak tomu ideálně zabránit do budoucna. Moc děkuji za vstřícnost a rychlost, se kterou váš servis provozujete. PS: Vaše Brazil Cerrado je opravdu skvělá káva! When I carried the coffee machine to the service station, I thought that someone would push me straight into the new one, that the repair would not pay off, and similar arguments charged today. I was pleasantly surprised that this did not happen and on the contrary the approach was very nice and the subsequent diagnostics went very quickly and I knew what was wrong, how much the repair would cost and how long it would take. When I picked up the repaired coffee machine, the technician willingly explained to me what had happened in the coffee machine and how to ideally prevent it in the future. Thank you very much for the helpfulness and speed with which you run your service. PS: Your Brazil Cerrado is really great coffee!
