★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze začátku to vypadalo, že nám nikdo nepomůže, neboť paní, která má developerské projekty na starost byla nemocná. Nakonec se nás tam ale ujala paní, která, ač byla na této pozici první den, byla velmi nápomocná a zvládli jsme s její pomocí vybrat jak dveře, tak podlahové krytiny do bytu.
 At first, it seemed that no one would help us, because the lady in charge of development projects was ill. In the end, however, we were taken there by a lady who, although she was in this position on the first day, was very helpful and with her help we managed to choose both doors and floor coverings for the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice příjemné paní, které vyřizují objednávky, produkt je prvotřídní a i pomocný personál mi velice ochotně pomohl s nakládkou a dodatečným přířezem materiálu, který by se mi jinak nevešel do auta.
Very nice ladies who process orders, the product is first-class and even the support staff was very happy to help me with loading and additional blanks of material that would not otherwise fit in my car.

Unpleasant staff, long loading and unloading times, incompetent storekeepers who will destroy your car. They are not interested in the customer here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Člověk tu rád nakupuje. Vždy bezproblémové vyřízení objednávky. Široký výběr dýh a truhlářskeho řeziva. Parkování trochu horší ale je to dáno především prostorem.
You like to shop here. Always trouble-free order processing. Wide selection of veneers and carpentry lumber. Parking a little worse but it is mainly due to the space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended JAF holz by a CNC customer, and needed some quality board cut into pieces. In spite of my lack of Czech language, the communication was very professional with Jan Moulis, but when it came to the choice of materials I was asked to contact his colleague Karel. One month later - still haven't received any reply to my email (not even saying that they can't do it, or that they don't have the material I want).
I can only imagine this is a business for large customers, and they can't be bothered with smaller projects like cutting furniture boards for a caravan
