★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitní kancelář nedoporučuji. Většinou vypnutý telefon, špatná komunikace, a hlavně špatný odhad ceny nemovitosti. Ztráta času . radši nebudu sprostý.
 I do not recommend a real estate agency. Mostly off the phone, poor communication, and most importantly a bad estimate of the price of the property. Waste of time . I'd rather not be rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitní kancelář se skládá z obhroublé hokyně a její přešlapy žehlí její syn. Fušeřina. Oblíbené strategie: namotávání, sliby, mlžení, nepravdy, nepřiznat svou chybu a obviňovat všemožné aktéry. Ve výsledku kdybych si sama neoběhala úřady a nekomunikovala s kupující napřímo, tak to prodáváme dodnes. Hanba vzít si za tuto práci 4% z ceny. A ještě nepracují o víkendu. Polovinu z toho jsem odpracovala sama. Někdy až neurvalé jednání, obviňování klienta, obořování se na klienta za jejich vlastní neschopnost a obviňování všech okolo. Smlouvy jako z pravěku, že je s podivem, že to projde na katastru. Velmi zdlouhavé jednání a jakmile mají smlouvu s prodávajícím, již se vše vleče - už jste jejich rukojmí. A omluva? "To víte, my toho teď máme hodně." Neberte si realitku, pro kterou je prodej nemovitostí nad jejich síly a dává pocítit, že se cítí obtěžována lidmi... Šťastná

I worked half of it myself. Sometimes rude behavior, blaming the client, scolding the client for their own incompetence and blaming everyone around. Contracts like prehistoric times, it is surprising that it passes the cadastre. Very lengthy negotiations and once they have a contract with the seller, everything is dragging on - you are already their hostage. And an apology? "You know, we have a lot going on right now." Do not take real estate, for which the sale of real estate is beyond their power and makes you feel harassed by people ... Happy
