★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great haircut experience here. My stylish Koko was extremely attentive and very professional. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service and I would recommend this place for a haircut if you are in Zizkov area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I had a hair mishap at another salon (which said salon tried to fix but I was still left with needing a proper color session). My stylist, Koko, went to epic lengths. I am so happy with the color and the cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great salon. Everyone there was very friendly, have staff that speak English, everything was very modern and nice interior. Prices also very competitive. The online booking system for reservations was very convenient as well :) I can highly reccomend my hairdresser Denca who was a junior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment with someone in November for March. Never received any information about the booking being cancelled until I wrote them asking to confirm we were still meeting. I was surprised by how unprofessional this was as they have high reviews of professionalism. Needless to say, waiting 3 months for a hairdresser for nothing is disappointing to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: I'm changing my rating because the owner Marcela got in touch immediately and she offered to fix the haircut which she did today and I'm now very happy! She is very skilled and professional and did everything beautifully. I would recommend her and the way she handled the situation was really impressive!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place :( I had a haircut from Eric and it was done very poorly. The cut is choppy and sides are not even. It was a simple trim. My boyfriend even commented no one should see my hair from the back because it is so choppy. My hair was also handled very roughly (brushing from the top down instead of detangling from the bottom). I was not asked how I wanted my hair styled, it was just blown straight and straightened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hairdresser bleached my already bleached hair and then some more. I asked for ombre and I received. I understand, because I have dark asian hair, bleaching it just takes time and it did. Thankfully my hairsresser had patients for the bleach and left it long as she possibly could! Loved the hair after. Got purple ombre♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily my worst haircut ever. It was exactly what I said I didn't want. But since I can't speak Czech, BUT did have an English speaking stylist, my instructions on what kind of cut I wanted clearly wasn't understood. OR the stylist who seemed to not care at all about me, didn't care or pay attention. All together the most boring and underwhelming experience and left with a horrible haircut that I am praying grows out quickly. Also, a heads up that they don't take credit card (which hello?! it's 2022 and you're a franchised business) would have been helpful prior to arriving.
