★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes opravdu v podstatě ojedinělý přístup prodavačky kdy při vrácení zboží zní odpověď že nejsou žádná směnárna či zastavárna.
Přístup k zákazníkovi katastrofální.
Evidentně nepotřebují zákazníky a tím pádem ani žádný příjem.
Trochu informovanosti ohledně obchodního zákoníku by bylo také na místě.
Hlavní odrazení znovu vstoupit do tohoto obchodu je ale opravdu přístup na lidské rovině.

Today, a really unique approach of the saleswoman, when returning the goods, the answer is that there is no exchange office or pawn shop.
The approach to the customer is disastrous.
Obviously they don't need customers and therefore no income.
A little information about the Commercial Code would also be appropriate.
But the main deterrence to re-enter this business is really a human approach.

A cozy shop where they have almost everything you would expect here. Nice and helpful service is a nice bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Železářství jak má být ?příjemná a vstřícná obsluha. Jen škoda že přesunuli železný materiál (Trubky,tyčovinu a profily)do vítkova.
Hardware shop as it should be ? pleasant and helpful service. Just a pity that they moved the iron material (tubes, bars and profiles) to the door.
