J	Jiří Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem ve firmě nechat opravit pračku, už při první telefonátu nebyl z tohoto nápadu zaměstnanec firmy nadšený a když jsem mu řekl, že máme pračku Gorenje, kontroval, že Gorenje nedělají (na webu ale mají značku Gorenje uvedenou...). Když jsem mu řekl, že to bude pravděpodobně jen banalita, nejspíše nefunkční spouštěcí tlačítko, sdělil mi, že teda až budou mít cestu (sic!), tak se staví. A skutečně za necelý týden se přiřítili dva bodří chlapíci, vlítli do technické místnosti a jeden z nich prohlásil "jó, to je ta levná...". Zbystřil jsem a odvětil, že nevím kolik pračka stála, protože jsme ji dostali. "Jo, do dávali v Peny za čtyři tisíce, jak to tam otvírali..." přisadil si. Druhý mu jen náhlídl přes rameno a řekl, no, to je těžko říct, co s tím je, to bychom to museli rozebrat... Tázavě jsem se na něj zadíval. "No musíme to odvést na dílnu." "Ok, tak ji odvezte" odvětil jsem, ale chlapíci kontrlovali: "Nó, my teď jedeme do Třince, však tam máš venku vozík tak to nalož a přivez nám to." V tu chvíli jsem přestal přemýšlet o tom, proč nemůžou do dodávky velké jako kráva vzít pračku navíc a proč mi oba dva klidně tykají, protože mi bylo jasné, že do téhle firmy rozhodně pračku na opravu nedám. "Ale dovez to až po víkendu, my toho teď máme hodně." odvětil jeden z chlapíků namísto pozdravu, nasedli do dodávky a byli pryč. Přiznám se, že jsem byl trochu perplex, ale co, pračka nefunguje, horší už to nebude. S bratrem jsme druhý den pračku otevřeli, bylo to skutečně jen "vychechlané" tlačítko, oprava nám laikům zabrala 5 minut... Takže asi tak. At that moment, I stopped thinking about why they couldn't take an extra washing machine into a van as big as a cow and why they were both asking me, because I knew I wasn't going to put the washing machine in for repair. "But bring it in after the weekend, we have a lot now." one of the fellows replied instead of greeting, got in the van and they were gone. I admit that I was a little perplex, but what, the washing machine does not work, it will not be worse. My brother and I opened the washing machine the next day, it was really just a "chilled" button, the repair took us laymen 5 minutes ... So probably.

Bohužel až 23.9. ji opravili a že nemají čas ji přivézt, jestli si pro ni nezajedu sám? Nejel jsem, až jsem upozornil výrobce že brzy skončí 30 denní lhůta na opravu v záruce a budou vracet peníze tak mi ji 26.9. dovezli. Stejný osud čeká všechny kteří nejsou přímo z Frenštátu! 2.9. reported a broken dishwasher under warranty, unfortunately they did not have time to arrive until 12.9. when they took the dishwasher. L	Ladislav Michálek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spokojenost. Měl jsem zrovna špatnou zkušenost se servisákem jiné firmy, co přijel k nám domů, a mylně se domníval, že myčka je na odpis. U BKB chtěli, ať ji přivezu, tak jsem byl rád, že budou mít snad více času na diagnostiku závady. A fakt, oprava 10x levnější, než nová myčka. Satisfaction. I just had a bad experience with a servant of another company who came to our house, and mistakenly thought the dishwasher was write-off. At BKB they wanted me to bring it, so I was glad they might have more time to diagnose the fault. And the fact, repair 10 times cheaper than a new dishwasher.
t	tereza zemanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x reklamovali pračku Beko 2x nic neudelali Poprvé nám tekla pračka, tak ji naklonili. Podruhé se drolila guma, tak nám řekli, že to bude dělat pořád. Teď nemám odvahou volat, protože pračka teče a guma se droli zase hodně. Při každé jejich návštěvě měli čas s příjezdem. Je to smluvní partner značky Beko, takže dělaji reklamační servis. Takže vím, že další spotřebiče Beko už kupovat nebudu.
