★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od zacatku roku jsem zde vyrizoval nekolik pojistek a vzdy bylo vse v naprostem poradku. Vystupovani prijemne, vzdy rad poradil a vysvetlil.
Pojistky vysly skoro vzdy cenove vyhodneji nez u konkurence, a kdyz ne, tak to bylo zase lepsi nabidkou/pokrytim pojisteni.
Kdyz jsem potreboval nejakou radu, pripadne resit problem se spatne pripsanou platbou, mohl jsem "poradce" kontaktovat skoro v jakoukoli dobu (i na dovolene) a vzdy jsme to nejak vyresili. Az budu resit dalsi pojistku (nebo si nechat udelat prepocitani pri vyroci smlouvy), urcite prijdu zase sem.
Since the beginning of the year, I have taken care of several insurance policies here and everything has always been in perfect order. Acting pleasantly, he always liked to advise and explain.
Insurance has almost always been more cost-effective than the competition, and if not, it was again a better offer / coverage of insurance.
When I needed some advice or to solve a problem with an incorrectly credited payment, I could contact the "advisor" at almost any time (even on vacation) and we always solved it somehow. If I solve another insurance policy (or have a recalculation done at the year of the contract), I will definitely come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řešila jsem zde na dálku (online) přepojištění auta za svoji mamku. Domluva byla přátelská, rychlá a bezproblémová. I když nakonec dostala slevu na původní nabídku u stávající pojišťovny a rozhodla se u ní tedy zůstat, nebude váhat se příště s nějakým požadavkem, co se týče pojištění, obrátit zde. I pro mě bude pro řešení pojištění tohle místo jasnou volbou :).
I was dealing with remote (online) car insurance for my mother. The agreement was friendly, quick and hassle-free. Even if she eventually received a discount on the original offer from the existing insurance company and therefore decided to stay with it, she will not hesitate to turn around here with any request regarding insurance. For me, this place will be a clear choice for insurance solutions :).
