★ ★ ★ ★ ★ záruční oprava, člověk se musí doprošovat informací a je tady na posledním místě. slibuji,že zavolají do 14 dnů a nic. prý mají 200 televizoru na opravu tak nevím jak si to mám přebrat.
 warranty repair, one has to ask for information and is here in the last place. I promise they will call within 14 days and nothing. they say they have 200 TVs to fix so I don't know how to take it over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem tam 15 minut před koncem otevírací doby a v servisu mi řekli že musím na prodejnu ale ta je zavřená o hodinu dřív tak jsem nic nekoupil i když je zřejmé že je to jedna a ta samá místnost jen jiné dveře a na internetu je otevírací doba do 17 ale má být do 16 hodin
I was there 15 minutes before the end of the opening hours and they told me in the service that I had to go to the store but it was closed an hour earlier so I didn't buy anything even though it is obvious that it is one and the same room just another door by 5 but should be by 4 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řeším záruční opravu kávovaru. Hned při 1. návštěvě neochotný a arogantní technik. Po 20 dnech stále nemáme opraveno. Když jsem se snažila dovolat minulý týden, vzali mi telefon snad až po několika pokusech po 3 dnech s tím, že jsou dovolené a oni nejsou povinni brát telefony... pak mi řekli, že u mé opravy se čeká na náhradní díl a neví, kdy to bude.... Katastrofální přístup k zákazníkům.
I solve the warranty repair of the coffee machine. Immediate on the first visit, a reluctant and arrogant technician. After 20 days we still have not repaired. When I tried to call last week, they only took my phone after a few attempts after 3 days, saying that they were on leave and they were not obliged to take the phones ... then they told me that a spare part was waiting for my repair and they didn't know when it will be .... Catastrophic approach to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docela příjemný přístup, jen trochu problém s řešením závady, která se projevuje sporadicky. Po pár dnech záruční zakázku uzavřeli bez vyřešení (závada se neprojevila) a ani televizi nerozebrali (chápu, že preventivně nelze komponenty měnit jen tak), ale odšroubovat kryt a kouknout na plošný spoj a součástky by snad mělo být samozřejmostí.
Quite a pleasant approach, just a little problem with solving a defect that manifests itself sporadically. After a few days, they concluded the warranty order without resolving (the defect did not manifest itself) and did not disassemble the television (I understand that preventively, the components cannot be changed just like that), but unscrewing the cover and looking at the PCB and components should perhaps be a matter of course.
