I'm very disappointed. The initial approach is perfect. I have been wearing glasses for 3 years and I bought the first one from the competition. Then I needed to replace the darkening lenses and you had the perfect approach and willingness, thanks to which I bought two subsequent glasses (I consume one a year - not once at the insurance company)). I'm a truck driver and I rubbed my glasses at work and broke my hand, so I sent my wife (since I've been out for a week) with those plastic patterns and previous glasses to order me new ones accordingly. The lady (not the owner) with the phone at her wife's ear said that it would not be possible without my presence (why then do you give those plastic lenses according to which it should go?) That everything has to refocus and set the hands behind my ears, etc. they did according to the old ones, so I would be able to set the hands sometime. Under the circumstances, I regret looking elsewhere. I'm pissed, so if I don't have that time, I'll find him. It's a pity that Mrs. Červená is so great and because of her I changed the store almost immediately, when there is someone who will weaken all her efforts. The phone at my ear and the sale of the customer is a signal to me that you have enough customers and it is necessary to filter them elsewhere.
