★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze začátku velice přátelské jednani, bohužel paní je absolutně neschopná (možná mentální retardace, v tom případě bych přehodnotil me hodnocení , bohužel tato teorie je neověřená ), následně velmi arogantní jednání ,neochota vratit zpět zálohu za neobdrzene zboží, až když byl případ předán ČOI peníze navraceny. Ze strany ČOI potvrzena recidiva tohoto jednání.
 At the beginning very friendly negotiations, unfortunately the lady is absolutely incompetent (possibly mental retardation, in which case I would reconsider my evaluation, unfortunately this theory is unverified), then very arrogant behavior, unwillingness to return the deposit for unreceived goods, when the case was handed over to the CTIA money back. The recurrence of this meeting was confirmed by the CTIA.
