Vždy mi s každým mým problémem pomohla a pokud se budete svědomitě řídit jejími doporučeními a radami, věřím, že pomůže i vám!
 In my opinion, Jana is the best physiotherapist in Prague! He will take your problem comprehensively, he will not only suggest a solution for you, but he will try to find out the cause of the given problem or deficiency. She has always helped me with every problem I have and if you conscientiously follow her recommendations and advice, I believe that she will help you too!

I was struggling with coming back to form after being hit by a car like 1.5 years before finding out about ART treatment. I was quite fit at the moment of the accident. In those 1.5 years I did a dozen or so standard physical therapy sessions as well as many doctor visits, scans etc. In general not that much progress.
Although the first session of ART Treatment with Jana was a bit painful (compared to normal physical therapy), just after a few days I started noticing that the legs were feeling lighter and lighter. In total I did 4 sessions and don't feel the problems I had with the knees and legs in general. In some areas it is even better.
Jana is approaching the problem in a holistic way, proposing rehab exercises, supplementation to aid regeneration and other stuff.
All in all, I definitely recommend it, especially if standard treatment didn't work for you (I already started trying to convince some ppl to try this method). She is anyway doing "email interview" before the session, so that she can make sure that she can help with your issue.
