We were with the lady a total of 3 times, we have a longer trip to her and thanks to that the husband always took time off to drive, so it adds to our outrage. We were ordering for the first time at 8:00 when we arrived It seemed that no one was there, but since it was written on the door not to knock hard, we waited. At 8:20, when the daughter was already writhing a lot and could no longer stand the husband knocked and really no one. So I call the lady and she that it's been a mistake that she's leaving, but that she can't take us, that someone else will come at 8:30. We waited for her and she said she was wrong in weeks, so let's stay, so no one will come. The second visit took place normally, although I was quite surprised that we were walking with the lady at the exact time of the order. Purchased the recommended drops from joalis. Third visit. Book at 8:30 We arrive at 8:15. We are waiting in the car. That we're leaving 8:20, so we don't have to wait long in the waiting room. At 8:18 the lady arrives, I say we'll give her space so we don't breathe on her neck on the stairs. At 8:20 a car arrives and parks next to us, and a mother with two children leaves. We perform together, but I refrain from collecting toys, so my mother got ahead. We come upstairs and see the jackets on the hanger from the lady who came after us. We don't believe that it would be a mistake again, we wait 10m, then at 8:40 I knock and the lady will tell me that it is a mistake and that she has clients and let us wait. In the end, I said we wouldn't wait any longer, I don't want a person to touch my baby so chaotically. Yes, it can happen. But twice in a few weeks. I had times on my cell phone in SMS, so it was clear where the mistake was. In addition, the lady behaved coldly after finding out she had made a mistake. What annoys me the most is that we bothered my daughter on the way, who can't stand being in a car seat and unnecessarily.
