Ano, jedná se o venkovní okna, takže přirozeně dochází ke kontaktu s deštěm a sněhem. Rámy východně orientovaných oknem drží, zatím. Problémem jsou skla, do kterých postupně vnikla vlhkost. Tím se snížila jejich průhlednost i tepelně izolační vlastnosti - kondenzace vlhkosti na interiérové straně. Ke kondenzaci interiérové vlhkosti nedochází u výměněného okna na západní straně. Dokonce rok dopredu zaplacena prace neni argumentem k tomu, aby prijeli a poptane sluzby vykonali a opravili. Kdyz ale realizovali prvotni zakazku, ktera byla v radech stovek tisic korun, tak to bylo jednani rychle a prace odvedena na vybornou. Jakakoliv nadstavba praci, opravy a servis, kde samozrejme tolik nevydelaji, tak je skoro nemozna domluvit. Jako by to firmu nezajimalo, ze jejich klienti, kteri u nich nechali penize potrebuji s necim - za penize pomoci. Zvlastni doba se zvlastnim pristupem... P	Petr Kavalek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel s touto firmou máme moc špatnou zkušenost. Prezentace na veletrzích je dechberoucí, takový okna a dveře prostě chcete mít doma. Ale kámen úrazu nastane, když zadáte poptávku - čekání na odpověď dlouhé týdny až měsíce. Zakázka mi přijde předražená. Při osobních jednáních jsem se nikdy necítil jako největší socka tak jako v případě jednání s lidmi od Jánošíka (no tak promiňte, naše zakázka věru byla jen za čtvrt mega, takže fakt nuda, chápu). A nejvíc nás dostalo, že špatně zaměřili otvor pro jedno z velkoformátových oken, takže nakonec dělník od Jánošíka vysekal sekyrou nahrubo do cihel větší otvor (šlo o křehké cihly porotherm). To ale nemeni nic na veci, ze jejich produkty jsou unikatni a nadherny. Unfortunately, we have a very bad experience with this company. But a stumbling block occurs when you make a request - waiting for an answer for weeks to months. The order seems overpriced to me. During personal meetings, I never felt like the biggest son, as in the case of dealings with people from Jánošík (so sorry, our order was really only a quarter of a mega, so I'm really bored, I understand). And what got us the most was that they misaligned the opening for one of the large-format windows, so in the end the worker from Jánošík cut a larger hole roughly into the bricks with an ax (it was fragile porotherm bricks). But that doesn't change the fact that their products are unique and beautiful.
P	Pavel Šoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pred 7 lety jsme si u firmy Janosik nechali vyrobit a namontovat drevohlinikova okna s trojsklem. Montaz oken probehla katastrofalne. Okna byly do spalet vsazene spatne. Diky tomu musime mit priznane preklady, kvuli predokennim roletam. Jedno okno do spalet namontovali krive. Asi nejvetsi hruza je, ze montaznici nechali na hliniku z venku ochrannou folii, ktera se na nej pripekla. Na dome mame zhyzdene okna. Servis oken probiha velmi neochotne, kdyz s e dovolate na druhe cislo, ktere vam daji tak vam reknou at napisete mail. Rozhodne firmu Janosik nedoporucuju. 7 years ago, we had Janosik manufacture and install wood-aluminum windows with triple glazing. The installation of the windows was disastrous. The windows were set incorrectly in the bedrooms. Thanks to that, we have to have admitted translations, because of the window blinds. They curved one window into the bedrooms. Probably the biggest horror is that the monitors left a protective foil on the aluminum from the outside, which baked on it. We have dirty windows in the house. Windows service is very reluctant when you call the second number, which will give you a message to write an e-mail. I definitely do not recommend Janosik.

J	Jean-Michel Kolly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokud ze objednate okna za vice nez 2 Mio Kc a po necely rok okna vypada takto a firma Janosik any to nechce vymenit ale jen premalovat bez zaruka tak ze nemuzete byt spokojen. Any osobni setkani s pan Janosik nepomahal. Nikde znovu tato firma. Jen slib a nic vice. Until you order windows for more than 2 Mio Kc and after less than a year the window looks like this and Janosik any company does not want to replace it but just repaint without guarantee so you can not be satisfied. Any personal meeting with Mr. Janosik did not help. Nowhere again this business. Just a promise and nothing more.

According to other reviewers this delay has nothing to do with Corona but they are lazy. After weeks of waiting you finally call them and the people you will be speaking to either treats you like a difficult customer and hangs up or assures they would write mail back. They should hire a professionally trained customer service staff if they are serious about keeping their business afloat.
