Zámek Jánský Vrch se vypíná na skalnatém kopci nad městem a tvoří přirozenou dominantu Javorníku i celé rovině v okolí polských měst Paczkowa, Otmuchowa a Nisy. Historie zámku je spojena s biskupstvím v polské Vratislavi, které objekt a s ním i celé Jesenicko vlastnilo od roku 1348. Prohlídkové trasy vás provedou reprezentačními místnostmi s výstavou sbírky dýmek, jedné z největších v České republice, a hospodářským zázemím zámku. Technicko-uměleckou raritou je unikátní dochované plynové osvětlení interiérů i hlavního nádvoří zámku. Hodnotná je také kolekce bytového textilu nacházejícího se v zámku, zejména původní 150 let staré záclony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful chalet in Czech Republic; well worth the visit. The interiors are showing their age, but overall it is a wonderful place. There are four different tours available, all at reasonable prices and you can pay with a credit card. There is also a small cafe, which is cash only and several hiking trails behind the chalet. Recommened.
