Velike zklamani! Since February, I have been waiting to correct the binding of two books. Despite a few phone calls, the order is not finished and that is please September! I'm afraid they won't even find them in the chaos ... Very disappointed!

Po 5 měsících byl hotový obal, do kterého se mi kniha nevešla (zřejmě to špatně změřili). Nakonec to trvalo celých 11 měsíců, během kterých jsem absolvovala čtyři návštěvy knihařství a několik telefonních hovorů. Zhotovený obal neměl ani kytičku, ani klip, a přesto stál 500,-. Když jsem si stěžovala, že tam nemám to zapínání, bylo mi řečeno, že to tedy nepůjde. Už jsem neměla sílu, čas, ani chuť se hádat. Zaplatila jsem a jsem ráda že vím, kam už nikdy nechodit. Knihařství Sequensová opravdu jen pokud máte hromadu času a svatou trpělivost. Navíc se mi nelíbilo, jak se k sobě lidé v knihařství chovali. Do toho mi sice nic není, ale jako zákazník jsem se tam necítila dobře. I ordered a leather book cover (with flower and clip for fastening), estimated price 400, - and a period of 1 month. After 5 months was finished cover, in which the book did not fit (apparently wrong measured). Finally, it took a full 11 months, during which I went through four bookbinding visits and several phone calls. Made packaging had neither a flower nor a clip, and yet it cost 500, -. When I complained that I didn't have the fastening there, I was told it wouldn't work. I no longer had the strength, the time, nor the desire to argue. I paid and I'm glad I know where to never go again. Sequens bookbinding really only if you have a lot of time and holy patience. Moreover, I did not like how people in bookbinding treated each other. I don't mind, but as a customer I didn't feel good there.

Cítím se být ošizen :-( If you are looking for a place where "your seller-your master" applies, then here you are exactly at the right address. In addition, regular services 2-3 times more expensive than anywhere else in Prague. I feel cheated :-(
