★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Balog je muž na svém místě. Piánům rozumí, učil se už od tatínka a teď vychovává další generaci. Obchod proběhl k mé naprosté spokojenosti. Piano dovezl až do bytu. Naladil. Vše přesně podle domluvy. Kéž by všichni obchodníci/řemeslníci byli takoví.
Mr. Balog is a man in his place. He understands the pianos, he has learned from his father and now he is bringing up another generation. The shop went to my utmost satisfaction. The piano was brought to the apartment. Touched. Everything exactly according to the agreement. I wish all traders / craftsmen were such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Balog piánům skutečně rozumí, ale především je to výborný a slušný člověk. Je ochotný, poradí, vše vysvětlí, ale nic vám nevnucuje. Nakonec jsme vybrali krásné pianino, které hned druhý den dovezl a na místě skvěle naladil. Pokud bych v budoucnu znovu sháněl piáno, tak vím kam se obrátím.
Mr Balog really understands the pianos, but above all he is an excellent and decent man. He is willing, he advises, explains everything, but he does not impose anything on you. In the end we chose a beautiful upright piano, which he imported the next day and perfectly tuned on the spot. If I would be looking for a piano again in the future, I know where to go.
