Náš příběh
Příběh Jean Paul's se začal psát v roce 2014, kdy byla „spuštěna na vodu“ naše vlajková loď, restaurace v Běhounské ulici. V rámci našich častých cest do zahraničí jsme poznali mnoho zemí a originální kuchyně některých z nich nám prostě učarovala. Naším cílem tak už od začátku bylo, a stále zůstává, zprostředkovat tyto jedinečné chutě strávníkům v našem rodném Brně. Spolupracujeme s pečlivě vybranými dodavateli surovin ze zemí, jejichž kuchyni vaříme, zejména z Itálie, Švýcarska nebo Rakouska. Mnoho z těchto surovin je s láskou vyráběno tradičními postupy s vysokým podílem lidské práce, které si nesmírně vážíme. Postupem času jsme pod hlavičkou Jean Paul's otevřeli další restaurace a vytvořili také koncept bister, kterým se snažíme vyvrátit mýtus, že rychle připravené jídlo nemůže mít vysokou úroveň. Ve všech našich bistrech používáme stejné suroviny a vaříme podle stejných receptur jako v našich restauracích. Těšíme se na vaši návštěvu...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very pretty including a beautiful park with a lake. Food was great, and the staff was friendly/helpful. All around very happy with the visit. The prices are a bit higher but I think it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there just once - today, with my team for lunch. Our fault was, we reserved more places then we actually needed...Anyway, our colleague asked for non alco beer. I said "another for me please". We got that beer and WOW best non alco beer ever. It was so good that I ask service if that is REALLY alcohol free beer. Nope - It was standard "12ka". Anyway, can happen...we ordered from daily menu. After some time, one lady came back, saying they dont have 4 portion of fish as it was ordered, but only 3 of them. OK, one colleague changed his order. After 2 minutes another lady came claiming there is NO fish available at all. Crazy chaos. I got my risotto, and it was very good ! Over all, food was good, service was quite chaotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daily menu is little bit on an expensive side. If you are in a hurry then avoid this place during lunchtime - the lunch just takes too long and errors in the orders are not uncommon. Their pasta is on the other hand a reason to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy place during lunch time. Pleasant and clean restaurant, nice atmosphere, efficient an kind staff. Food is tasty and we'll presented. The only downside is the location, a but further from the city centre. It is worth visiting anyway. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded but fast place. Located inside Technology Park building A just across a tram terminal #12. Expect the place to be full especially during lunchtime. The selection of the daily menu is big. Cuisine heavily focuses on Italia and it suits the place very nicely. The staff is fast and friendly. Prices are a bit higher for this part of the city, but the quality of the meals is great and you will gladly spend the money.
