With Jemma s.r.o. we started cooperating in 2018 in the construction of a family house. From the experience of friends who have already built a house with other companies, we have been preparing for great nerves, struggles and stress. But that turned out to be an unnecessary concern. Negotiations with Jemma took place from the very beginning on a professional level, when the managing director came to a meeting with a detailed itemized budget of the construction, which we went through together. This was how other meetings took place in case there was a need to increase the budget due to an agreed change in the project. The construction always took place on the planned date, if the weather allowed. The construction was completed on time and I can say that our concerns were out of place. I very much appreciate the willing approach to always explain the given issue around the technological process, construction or offer and reasonably argue with different opinions. As for subcontracting, I must praise again. Although cooperation with a third party is required, all work is still managed by Jemma. Basically, you get a turnkey house with the ability to be there all the time. And at a reasonable price with excellent quality workmanship. What is not usual at all are hardworking, decent, quiet and very willing workers. Satisfied neighbors often alerted us to this very fact. The big plus, which I really appreciate, is the willingness to solve problems or other minor work even after finishing the house. Jemma takes care of customers even after the construction is completed. Overall, we enjoyed the entire construction of our house, thanks to the right choice of supplier Josef Treml (house in Tymákov near Pilsen)
