★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JetSurf has terrible customer service. I have been ignored several times when attempting to buy a board. These boards are not cheap, so if I am having issues receiving a response from staff to simply PURCHASE a board, imagine how horrible the technical support is on these machines. I refuse to buy one because I have never seen a company so poorly operated in my life. If you buy a $13,000 board, good luck to you, I hope it doesn’t break down because you won’t even get a response from staff.
