★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S přítelkyní jsme si zde chtěli nechat vyrobit snubní prsteny, ale nakonec k tomu ani nedošlo. Za 3 měsíce nebyli schopni prsteny vyrobit. Nejprve nám pan majitel po měsíci oznámil, že se prsteny ztratily, poté, po dalším měsíci jsme byli pozvání na zkoušku prstenů, které však už byly osázeny kameny a ještě ve špatném poctu (měly se zasazovat až po této zkoušce). Na to nám majitel p. Vondrák slíbil, že prsteny budou za 2 týdny. Ani po dvou týdnech však prsteny nebyly a majitel prakticky přestal komunikovat. Nakonec jsme tedy od obchodu ustoupili a to stejné radím případným zájemcům. Komunikace ze strany obchodu byla opravdu žalostná.
My girlfriend and I wanted to make wedding rings here, but in the end it didn't happen. In 3 months they were unable to make the rings. First, the owner told us after a month that the rings were lost, then, after another month, we were invited to test the rings, but they were already planted with stones and still in bad honor (should be planted after this test). The owner Mr. Vondrák promised us that the rings will be in 2 weeks. Even after two weeks, however, the rings were not and the owner virtually stopped communicating. In the end, we withdrew from the business and I advise potential customers. Communication from the side of business was really pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prstynky jsme meli na prani a pan Vondrak nam vyhovel ve vsech smerech na 100%. Jsme maximalne spokojeni a doporucujeme kazdemu, kdo planuje porizeni prstenu nebo zrealizovani vlastniho napadu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnesni pristup k zakaznickemu servisu pani prodavacky bych hodnotil jako velmi slaby. Odesel jsem bez nakupu i pres fakt, ze jsem byl k zakoupeni prstenu predem rozhodnut. Neochota a lehka jizlivost obsluhy me ale odradila i od zkouseni ci prohlidky cehokoliv dalsiho v obchode.
Skoda, jinak velmi pekne zbozi a uzasne ceny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Původně jsem recenzi psát nechtěla, ale po konzultaci se zlatnikem mi to nedá. Nechávali jsme si zde dělat snubní prsteny.
Domluva zmatená, polovinu řešila paní, druhou polovinu pan. nakonec nám dodali můj prsten úplně jiný, než jsem chtěla. Trvalo jim to necelé 2 měsíce. Nechala jsem to být, jelikož jsme měli necelý měsíc před svatbou a nemela jsem důvěru v to, že to stihnou předělat. (teď toho lituji), v černém rhodiu nevypadal tak špatně, teď vypadá jako z pouti. dodali jsme téměř 24 g zlata a stejně jsme doplaceli 5.000,- a to jsme nemeli žádné složité prsteny. Manžel 4mm hladký, já 2mm s 5ti diamaty( cena za 1 je 800-1000). Váha prstýnků je 7g. V jiné dílně nám bylo řečeno, že by nám peníze ještě vraceli. Nechali jsme si je potáhnout černým rhodiem a již v den svatby jsem měla ten svůj úplně osoupany, dokonce mi obarvil prst. Po konzultaci se zlatnikem vím, že černé rhodium má životnost půl roku až rok, ne půl dne.
Lituji, že jsme si nechali prstýnky dělat tady a hlavně lituji toho, že jsem si ten svůj nenechala předělat, vypadá opravdu strašně.

The agreement was confused, half was dealt with by the lady, the other half by the lady. in the end they gave us my ring completely different than I wanted. It took them less than 2 months. I let it be because we had less than a month before the wedding and I didn't have confidence that they would be able to remake it. (I regret it now), in black rhodium he didn't look so bad, now he looks like a pilgrimage. we delivered almost 24 g of gold and repaid 5,000 in the same way, and we didn't have any complicated rings. Husband 4mm smooth, I 2mm with 5 diamonds (price for 1 is 800-1000). The weight of the rings is 7g. In another workshop we were told that they would still return the money to us. We had them coated with black rhodium and already on the day of the wedding I had my own completely peeled off, my finger even colored. After consulting a goldsmith, I know that black rhodium has a lifespan of half a year to a year, not half a day.
I'm sorry we had the rings made here and most of all I'm sorry I didn't have my own remade, it looks really awful.
